Very helpful friendly lady called Elizabeth Jackson. Arrived in good time and was so helpful and respectful through her visit. Seemed professional and helped a lot following a fall. Explained everything clearly and helped step by step, found her presence very reassuring. Thank you.

I previously reviewed and mentioned a problem that I had, with my mother not showing up at the callcentre. A manager has now emailed me with a full explanation of the human error, and an extra 1 month service, as a gesture of good will. Thank you for that. I hope Carieum learns from this. The service is now up and running as it should be. all the very b best.

I was very impressed by your care worker Sadie Younas she had call to my home after I rang my on call button in a very short time. She entered my home using my key in keybox she was kind and showed lots of empathy and dealt with the situation that arose. My vertical lift was not working and I was stuck upstairs she phoned the engineer to repair it and in the meantime she made sure I was safe and provided me with everything I needed before she left. The engineer arrived 30 minutes after Sadie left thank you for your help I was really greatful well done careium

Thank for all you did over the last few years on the numerous times my aunt fell and pressed her button. The service was second to none and the staff were always helpful, professional and so easy to deal with, including Denys who processed the cancellation. I really cannot recommend Careium enough.

Had excelent care from Sadie Younas she only took 20 minutes to arrive after my Dad had a full and couldnt get back up. She used inflatable lifting devive to safely get him back up and helped me to get him in to bed. She was freindly and kind to my Dad.

Nadia was very professional and friendly when dealing with my enquiry. She went through the options available to me and promptly followed up with an email detailing the options discussed.

I needed assistance to help my elderly mum up from the floor after she slid off a chair, I contacted care link and spoke to the call operator who asked several questions before saying she would contact a responder to assist. The responder David Wright came quickly and was pleasant throughout visit , he used humour to quickly reassure my mum and gain her trust, my mum has dementia so his approach and tone was more important than the information he was giving. He explained how he would need to complete an assessment to ensure mum could be safely assisted and what he would do to assist. Throughout he treated my mum with dignity and respect. He remained at the address until he was sure we were all happy and satisfied with the outcome.
This is the first time we have needed this service and it has undoubtedly saved us all from a very long wait for an ambulance crew to attend therefore leaving the ambulance service to be available for emergency treatment for those that need it. I would recommend this service and this particular responder without hesitation

Amazing service. Ahmad Valli took me through the whole process and explained how it all works and organised what we needed and when we will receive it and provided all details that we needed to know about.

I had to contact Careium today to cancel my mother’s account owing to her passing away. I spoke with Ahmad Valle who dealt with the cancellation very efficiently and most respectfully. I would have no hesitation in recommending Careium to anyone looking for an alarm either for themselves or a loved one.

I received a call from Edie O'Hagan ( CS Adv) to inform me that my mom ( a Careium customer) is due for a digital upgrade. Edie was very attentive and took my concern seriously when I told her that I have a discounted rate with Careium and not the full rate. She didn't dismiss the issue, she contacted the finance on my behalf and called me back to confirm that. She apologised for the confusion.
She also sent me an email after our phone conversation to confirm that she has placed the order for the digital upgrade.

Yesterday Francis came out to fit a falls alarm for a family member. He was superb. Explained and demonstrated everything and was very honest and reassuring about the limitations and the abilities of the equipment. I’m glad to have met him.

very quick on the emergency calls.
asks if everything is alright and if I need help.
once they know I'm ok then they will end the call.

Ordering a new alarm system was so easy and Fizza Hussain was very helpful with the whole process
