Being a new customer to a digital care management system it can be quite a challenge when it comes to setting up the system for the first time.
It doesn't seem that way when you use CareLineLive!!!
The training and support so far has been great. I needed support when setting up client contracts. I used the online support function and within 5 minutes, Colleen had answered my query and put me back on the right track.

There has always been someone on hand if ever we have had a need for guidance. Every member of the team have been extremely helpful and professional whenever I have needed support.
The CLL software is very easy to use and the training provided was very useful. Any new features are explained in detailed emails but can always call the support team with any queries.
Special credit to Colleen who deals with my occasional meltdowns when having any technical difficulties!!

I am delighted to sing the praises of the support my company receives from CLL. Even the most mundane questions are dealt with in an efficient and friendly manner, without making you feel like the village idiot. I am extremely critical as, prior to CLL, all scheduling capabilities had been developed inhouse. The only criticism I have that the reports are quite basic, but could be enhanced by using key unique ids in reports , so that users could easily combine reports if that was their desire.

We have recently moved from another digital provider and CareLine Live is so much better. It is very easy to use and we love that if we get stuck on anything we can get an answer either straight away through the search function or someone will get back to us very quickly to answer any questions. The rota is so easy to use and we have picked it up quickly. We would highly recommend it!!
