We have used care line live for 3 years now, and the development and ease of use has been phenomenal, the customer care team is always really friendly and supportive, regardless of how frustrated i have been, and 99% its sorted quite quickly. i would love a HR tab on the Carers section, just to make it easier to sort information, and they are always open to ideas and some have been through development and i can see them in action today. to name a few staff who have been amazing, Colleen, Dec, Howell, Sean, Marie, and Merina. these are from across the company and have been wonderful in supporting me and listening to my lengthy ideas!

Careline is the best ECM we have used; It has all that is needed to complete a concise care plan.
The support that we receive when we have a query is so quick.
We have never had an outstanding query for a long time because, as well as raising a ticket, the AI gives you advice on how to find the answer. Even then, the team will contact us to ensure that we have found what we need.
And in addition, they have carer awards monthly. This is a lovely touch and much appreciated by those in the sector.

I moved from a different system to Careline Live and it was one of the best things I did for my business. The system is easy to use and navigate around and is full of features I didn't think I would need but have saved me a lot of time.
The support team is very responsive and absolutely brilliant, nothing is too much trouble for them and they always have the answers. All I have to do is pick up the phone and I can get my problem solved straight away. I can not praise the support team enough, especially Colleen and Dawn you are an absolute asset to Care Line Live with all your knowledge and information on the system :)

Disappointing that the CareCircle feature of the App doesn’t show real-time carer check in/out times unlike other similar apps. It’s important for family members to know when carers arrive and leave the property. The time entered for completing tasks doesn’t quite do the same job.

I spoke with Collen this morning, trying to change the rates on a contract that was changed on our system incorrectly. Collen helped me through the process and spent time explaining until the issue was resolved successfully. Excellent customer service.
