The only fairly priced product on the market without the sneaky hidden contract clauses that bind you into everything at extortionate prices with evergreen clauses.
Been using CareLineLive since Oct 2022. Onboarding was well structured and delivered really well without the heavy charges attached by many companies.
It has great core functionality and is a relatively new product in the market so whilst it doesnt come with as much of the frills as other more established products (most of which are not used by providers using other solutions) the pro's of a less complex solution far outweighs the cons. Support has always been top. Rarely have i not been able to speak to a person although this does lack over periods such as wk ends, public holidays and xmas period being reduced to support for critical failures only. all the support team i have engaged with have been mature, with many years of experience and in depth knowledge of their area of the product that they specialise in and great knowledge of all other functions of the product.
The product is stable (so far so good) and i have no reason not to recommend based on our experience so far and have done so many times with a lot of companies i have signposted now with CareLineLive - none have come back to me to complain or protest. This is not a bespoke system but has much of everything you need to support business functions of care management and rostering. The reporting function is great and exports most data into excel in csv format allowing you to roll the data round to analyse as you wish. Invoicing has never been easier and full functionality controls and access management are at your fingertips making assigning permissions to job roles as easy as it can be with pre populated templates for job roles in place to work from as a baseline. It has met the standards required to be registered on the DSCR approved supplier list which is now required of many tenders and contract specifications and uses API for integrations with 3rd party applications which CareLineLive seems to do seamlessly (as with our experience) and without cost. If reviewing on the product and support alone, it would get my full 5 stars. To achieve the extra star from me i would like to see greater partnership working and collaboration with customers for development priorities. When comparing like for like with other products and factoring in fair and sustainable pricing, CareLineLive stands out and stands tall from all the others that i researched and had Demo's of. I have used care management and rostering software for over 20 yrs now. With other platforms used i have had regular cause to always be nervous of the products stability and the sheer frustration of the crisis that poor support and and response causes when things are not working as expected. This has always left me with regrets on hindsight. So far - i have never had any cause for any anxiety caused by CareLineLive. As the RM with the responsibility for safe day to day operations and delivery of the service we provide i really value this and now sympathise with others complaining about the product and tech they use whilst this is now a distant memory for us thanks to CLL -so far so good!

We were recommended to CareLineLive from another care agency who, like us, had been with a different software provider and were not happy with either the software itself or the support.
CareLineLive has been brilliant. The onboarding process was smooth and nowhere near as onerous as we thought it would be. It is easy to use, even for our less tech savvy staff, and the training set us up nicely for day to day use.
If we do struggle with anything we can either watch the How To videos, message the support team or call. They actually do answer the phone and are always very patient with us.

I believe service delivery and support should be available when it is needed and not when it suits the provider. I had issues with figures generated from the report vs actual hours delivered by staff. I sent multiple requests via live platforms and phone calls (left messages as instructed) but got no response for days. When I finally got one, I was asked to wait till the new year. This means I cannot pay staff with reliable data by the end of December when they are due payment. This is not good for anyone as I will have to undo a lot in the new year after paying with the error unresolved now.

I have used many different care planning software in the the past and have previously used this one when working for a different company and It was my first choice when I started my own care business.
There are many wonderful time saving features and it is constantly being updated and improved. I love the fact that I can share all or very specific information with clients family members and medical professionals (with the client's permission of course)
Invoicing is so much quicker, previously I was downloading spreadsheets, separating the clients and pasting into their own files then copying tables to invoice, now once its all set up the invoices are created automatically and all I have to do is check them and either print them or email to clients. There is a similar function with the client schedules, these can be emailed or printed either individually or for all at once.
Since I last used this software there is now some additional features such as carers being able to record observations such as food and fluid intake and the introduction of body maps, which you can specifically mark where creams need to be applied or positions on the body that are frequently painful and these can be attached to the client's file and viewed by the carers in the app.
Another amazing feature is that help is always at hand, you can search within the app, or if you can't find the answer yourself there is the option to request help from a human being who respond in pretty timely manner (I haven't had to use this yet so far, so can't say how quick the response time is) But I know you can either phone, email or send an online request and the team are always happy to help
