Cover booking process is straight forward as I have used Eversure many times before. I was disappointed that the daily rate had increased by over 50% since my last booking.

Ever decreasing circles
I completed an contact form to cancel autorenewal. This was not actioned. Policy was renewed. Chat bot insisted I setup an account to cancel the policy. I did this, was then told to fill in a contact form!!!!!!

I had to go through two sets of forms in order to cancel automatic renewal. Not pleased!
Thank you for your response.
I would suggest that you offer clients the option of automatic renewal or not, on the initial application, rather than have automatic renewal as standard. It would make your company look much better!
