I don’t know why I would consider giving any stars. I placed my order, was never provided with a ship date, have not received my samples almost 2 weeks later, and now am behind on my project. Really disappointed!!!!

Weren't sent a track number and when I called you didn't help with the very much, but then I got a track number from you and checked and it was on our porch. UPS didn't ring our doorbell so we didn't know it was out there when I called.
The carpet is good and already down.

This website got me excited for some upcoming projects we have and our first order was a huge letdown. We received the BOL and it stated it would ship on 3/12 as a one-day ship. Today is 3/26 and they keep emailing giving me the next week and the next week. I am starting to think I got scammed and will now have to go run a chargeback on my credit card. BIG bummer...

Price was the best I found online. I would buy again

Disappointed. When I ordered samples, I thought I would actually get full-size tiles as a sample. But I received small squares instead.

There are many, many choices at Carpet Tile Depot, including some medium-green offerings and eco-friendly glue as well. I needed to find something suitably neutral but interesting, that could be shipped quickly. Jeremy helped me three times, by email and by phone. He helped with questions I did and did not know to ask! As as result, I felt confident about my decisions on style and value, the right grade and quantity to order, and the type of adhesive best suited for my project. Be aware that shipping charges can be high (but are fair) due to the weight of these items. Delivery came ahead of schedule, and in these times, that is unusual and something to appreciate. Highly recommend.

Shipping methods suck

I have received only 3 of 5 samples. the other two samples are still in warehouse per your email (see below).

I understand this review is more for the trucking company than for the floor supplier but they chose the trucking company so its on them. My delivery date was 12/16... then 12/21... then 12/28. Ok bad weather, cOvId, election year blah blah blah everything is shipping slowly.... but then, I called to confirm, it was supposed to arrive 12/ 29 (today) then 12/30. I figured ok let me call and check. "25 minute wait time" turned into 35 minutes on hold then I got disconnected. Called back. Ten minute wait time was 25 minutes.... the woman that answered said let me put you on hold, ten minutes later... let me call you back. She calls back (I missed the call) and said "your freight isn't at the location we thought it was and if you give it a couple days and call (gave me a number) and speak to Sam, she should know where it is by then". Are you kidding me?!?!?!?! Its over two weeks late and now they don't even know where it is?!?!?!?!? I will never do business with carpet tile depot or yellow freight ever again. Be cause those two companies can't get their act together I have furious customers that think I'm making this up. This is absolutely appalling.

You only get three stars because he screwed up my order and sent me hardwood instead of carpet tiles then sent the carpet tiles but didn’t alert me to the fact that they would be coming a couple days later and not to pick up the first order instead you were silent. I was amazed that when I brought the hardwood back to send it through YRC that you had emailed me that my carpet tiles were at the same location ready for pickup... nice but I still had 3 - 1 hour Trips to the freight facility as Jeremy emailed me Monday morning at 7:30 AM to tell me my shipment was ready for pick up and when I went to get it to my chagrin it was In the YRC freight company but 2 hours away....The second time I went to go pick up my order when I got confirmation it was in I only Got hardwood but I didn’t find that out until I got home because it was eight cases and that was the number of cases I was told to expect… What a conundrum of screw ups! I guess it all worked out in the end but I still had three trips To the facility because the first time the freight wasn’t there the second time they gave me the wrong shipment in the third time thank the Lord I was able to just swap out the two loads and be on my way… I would say that you owe me two hours time $130 and gas for my pick up trucks Tank at $50 to bring the total to $180 for my headache and my extra expense to pick up this material because of your mistakes make it an even $200… I will think twice before I order again from you unless you make good I’m $200 that I am out because of your screwup‘s....

Make note that sample sizes are not marked correct. When ordering carpet tile samples, some will come as full 24" x 24" tiles- which is great, but some will come as 6" x 6" which is not helpful in sampling a carpet pattern at all... they do not tell you what size you are getting in the order/checkout process.

Couldn't leave zero stars, I still haven't received my product yet, ordered on December 4 and paid with credit card, said product was in stock in double the sq.ft. amount than what I needed, and it would ship by the 7th. It is the 15th and it hasn't shipped yet.
Very disappointed, have an approaching deadline and only used this website because they said it was in stock.
I will have to seek an alternate supplier now and move my customers move-in deadline because of their ineptitude.

The shipping was in error. paid for it when carpet bought. Freight company billed Pelican Reef, would not deliver without payment. Finally got it straight 3 days later. Then had to go to the freight company to retrieve check.

Carpet Tile Depot offered the best price for the carpet tile I selected. It was delivered by the date indicated. Having the option to pick up at a local terminal was nice and saved us some money on shipping charges. From what I could tell, the tiles were packaged well and in good condition. Customer service at Carpet Tile Depot and the terminal were great. I would definitely keep Carpet Tile Depot in mind for future needs. Thank you!

Web site was easy to use and shopping was fast and affordable.

I found the support system to be very user-friendly and the person I spoke to was knowledgeable, helpful and courteous. The tile arrived within two days, Fantastic service! The selection and price points were wonderful as well. Thank you for a great experience all the way around!
