The ordering and shipping was very easy and delivery was faster than I expected. The carpet tiles won’t be installed till next spring so I can’t yet comment on that. However, I did order a sample before I placed my order and was very happy with the appearance and quality of the product.

I did purchase four samples. I received just one and that one is so small that I cannot see the design. The other three did not arrive yet. I paid and place the order on August 13, 2021. I contacted the sales department and I was told that they will send me a full carpet tile. I have not received yet. I am trying to make a decision and I would be interested in buying probably close to 1200 sq.ft. but I doo not have the possibility to see the carpet tile anywhere except on line.

I was in a bit of a pinch as I had to order commercial carpet for a remote site. I started "chatting" and Jeremy was able to closely match my request (I had pictures I was able to send via the chat application - helpfu!). They were very responsive.

There was no option to choose business delivery significantly increasing the shipping cost and timeline.

We were originally told the items would arrive the 11th, now we are being told the 17th or 18th.

Just completed a carpet purchase with Carpet Tile Depot. Their salesman Jeremy Price was excellent and extremely patient with high end carpet tile for the recreation room in our new home. My wife and I had typical homeowner indecision on our purchase and he took the time to explain the different products, send samples and make the whole experience enjoyable. 5-Star rating for sure, Thank you Jeremy !!

Huge disappointment! Ordered all remaining stock, 6 boxes, of 1 carpet tile. Called before placing order and representative confirmed inventory and suggested placing order online. Next day order status is changed to completed, pending pickup, and the BOL is viewable online. A week goes by status is not changed, still waiting for pickup. I call a few times and finally reach somebody. They inform me they have not shipped because they only have 4 of the 6 boxes. Company confirmed inventory when I called on product they did not actually have, failed to communicate after finding out there was a problem, and delayed my project.

No response after order, no way to follow-up or tracing.

The carpet tile is great. However, the delivery process is confusing. there was a lack of communication between the carpet depot and the delivery company. I suggest that both should send emails to the buyer better.

Previously I posted a negative review but now that the tiles have arrived, not the color I thought that was chosen but this color will work in the room, Hobnail in color Taupe. It is so neutral and the same color as dirt here in south west Washington. Putting the tiles in a game room. They will make the room warmer, more inviting, plus more easy care.

I ordered $439.68 worth of carpet. I was charged $151.18 shipping and handling but I had to pick it up. To actually have it delivered was an additional $100.00. So I spent $690.86 for $439.68 worth of carpet. there has has to be a better option out there and I will look for it the next time.

The carpet looks fabulous and our experience buying was equally wonderful!

We liked the carpet but two of the five packages were wet when they arrived. The cardboard was soaked so I would suggest packaging needs improving.

We ordered our carpet tiles and the FlexLok tabs at same time. Our FlexLok tabs were lost. No one was very willing to work with us to locate them. Somehow they were separated from the carpet tiles. We finally requested a refund and went back on line to reorder the tabs.
Need to work on your Customer service follow-up.
