Ordered samples! Promptly delivered!

If it were an option to give 0 stars that would be my choice. First they tell you carpet tiles in stock, then takes less than 10 seconds to charge your credit card. Then on day item was to ship, they tell me it's on back order for abut a month. The I say send samples available in stock for same price. So they send samples that cost more and tell me they will sell it to me for only 10 cents more per sq ft for my inconvenience. Thats quite alot considering we ordered 5200 sq ft. And of course shipping would take 5-7 business days. They lie again. All they do is lie to you to take your money and eventually you get the product if you keep after them. I ended up calling the shipping company & was told I had to schedule delivery. Not what the salesman said. He said they would call & let me know when they were coming. This company lies and lies just to get your money. Will not be ordreing from this company again.

Currently having these carpet tiles installed by my subcontractor. Looked great upon arrival and just like the photos. Excited to see them all installed!

We were charged for a lift gate on the shipping portion of the bill. We called Carpet Tile Depot on 12/10 and spoke with Jeremy to request a credit since we had to take the boxes of tiles off the truck by hand. He stated he would bring it to the attention of the shipping manager and get back to us with a credit. As of 12/21 we have not heard back. We paid $390.31 for the shipping, which included the cost of a truck with a lift gate, therefore we would like a refund on the shipping cost.
The carpet tiles are nice and just what we were looking for. We only had a problem with the delivery.

Not really Carpet Depot's fault. Shipped Fed Ex on what appeared to be more than one truck. Tile showed up on different days.

Great product and quick delivery. We have used them twice and have been very satisfied. will continue to use.

Service was wonderful and informative. I appreciate the personal touch as colors are hard to see on the internet. can't wait to get the carpet tiles!

after placing an order, entering all of billing and shipping info, i got an email stating that the carpet was unavailable. A week later, i look at your website, still shows it's available. What a waste of time!!

Great service and communication. I received the samples that I ordered very quickly to make my decision and then the Carpet was shipped right to my office.

Order 4 different samples that were supposed to be 24” squares and only received 3 of the samples and they were only 12” squares. You can not see the whole design if it’s just one corner. I was charged for all 4 at $4 each. Not satisfied with what I received at all. Too small of a sample size to determine pattern.

At this point, I am not too satisfied with my order for the following reason:
a: On August 16, 10 cases of carpeting was ordered and displayed as "in stock" To date, I have not been notified as to the status of this order. Yesterday when checking the status, the message displayed was "in process".
b: After being charged $164.72 for shipping and handling, I will still have to pick up the carpeting at a terminal pick-up. You would think that after the high cost for shipping and handling, the carpeting would be delivered directly to this location instead of approximately 10 miles away.
Needless to say, Not too happy and not sure if I will use this company again.
