I needed a couple boxes of carpet and that was all you had left so I got a deal if I took it all. Both boxes were full of returned tiles with defects and you sold them to me. Never again

The samples arrived as planned and the quality of the product is even better than we expected. We’ve placed our order for the home office floor and we’re looking forward to the installation. We’re installing the carpet tile ourselves so we’re trusting in the tutorial video for accuracy. Looks straight forward to us!

Price was way higher than local…
Price was way higher than local McSwain. The pictures on site were misleading as to what color/style I was looking for and it took 4 samples to finally get right item.

Thank goodness it worked - customer service wasn't as supportive as I would have liked.
the product was great and thankfully it worked out. I ended up purchasing the last of a product and because it was on clearance I couldn't get a sample to be sure. The salesperson didn't seem like he cared about my concern of purchasing something simply from the color of my computer monitor - I wasn't starting a new project but I was trying to replace pieces - meaning the exact color was critical to the success of my project.
