I placed an order on Friday and was told by the salesman that he would expedite the order and have it ship out on Monday and I would receive the tracking number at that time. After waiting most of the day Monday for confirmation of delivery was told by Dean (my salesman) that it had indeed gone out and he was waiting for the tracking number from the carrier. I called again Tuesday and was transferred to several other staff members who reiterated that it had indeed gone out Monday, but would have to call back with a tracking number. Never received any emails or call backs. I called again Wednesday morning and was told I would be emailed a copy of the tracking. I did indeed receive the email only to find that the item I was told (for 2 days) had gone out Monday was not actually shipped until the following day. Then when I spoke with Eric "The Owner" was told that his staff had done nothing wrong and there policy is for no refunds or rebates on items. I understand that it was shipped one day later and things happen. What I cannot accept is being lied to by the staff for 2 days. Had I been told up front that it missed the truck, or that it was delayed, it would have been acceptable. BUT FOR TWO DAYS I WAS LIED TO BY THE SHIPPING AND SALES STAFF AND COVERED UP BY THE OWNER.

Purchasing the items was easy. We only had a problem with miscommunication between Carpet Depot and the freight company. We never received a notice that the package was on its way and they called me once they were at the drop off location and I was not available until the next day. Other than that everything was great! I wish I could show you the product that we installed. The color and description was what we saw on the website. I recommend this company.

From the first samples I ordered to our final order, everything went smoothly. Follow up to see if I had any questions, notification that my items were on back order were all prompt. Would order again!

Product is the quality that I paid for. Delivered on time. Less than 10% waste. Would purchase again

Dean did a great job selling the carpet. Is very courteous and knowledgeable. The only complaint I have is with the trucking company. They're tracking app absolutely sucks. That's not Dean's fault and that's not the company's fault, but I would look for a new trucking company.

Ordered some peel & sticks carpets for my basement. Everything looks beautiful. Very easy install. Highly recommend👍🏻

I wish I could give zero stars but it won't let me. Placed in order in mid to late May of some carpet tiles that were listed as in stock. Got tracking info a few days later but it was for FedEx which was odd since it was a big shipment and was supposed to be coming through liftgate. Saw later that the tracking had been canceled which I figured it was due to them putting the wrong info in but I never did get tracking info for liftgate. When I placed the order it had given me an estimated delivery time but I took it with a grain of salt since it was only a little more than a week after I placed the order. I waited about 2 weeks after ordering before reaching out and inquiring about the tracking info/order status.

It took a few days before I heard anything back and was told that part of my order was in fact back ordered and they were going to try to put a rush on it. When asking how long the back order would be for it took a while before getting another response (another day or so) and was told I would get tracking info soon. Waited another week before reaching out again and saying that I needed tracking info or we were going to cancel our order. I was promised that a rush was put on it and I should have tracking by the end of the week. I told them if we didn't have it by the following Monday then we had to cancel because that was already past our deadline but we were going to try to make it being a week after we moved in work.

Never received the tracking that Friday and called on Monday to cancel and we were assured it was going to be shipped out that day and we would have tracking by the end of business. End of day business came and went with still nothing so we called Tuesday to cancel and we're told the same exact thing and this time we said no. They said they would have to look into it to make sure that it hadn't already shipped and about an hour later I got a phone call confirming that it had not and that they were finally going to refund our money.

Because of this our kids had to spend the first week in our first home camped in the living room (which is not as fun as you think it would be) instead of in their bedrooms. And then we had to pay a lot more than we had budgeted for to get carpet quickly installed because it was too late to order something else.

And I want to add that I understand that there are shipping delays etc happening right now but I'm more upset about the customer service aspect of it. I was lied to repeatedly and should have had the sense to just cancel after the first email stating that the product was not actually in stock like the website had stated.

Quality is great!
Shipping is relative expensive

The delivery was one shitshow like I’ve never seen in 30 years. The date I was told material would be shipped wasn’t even close.

Very bad customer service you can’t return nothing even if they have in there own policy you can with 30% restocking fee I never going to buy from this website again
