The shipping took longer than stated: 6 calendar days/4 working days over the 8-10 working days announced and I missed the birthday where this was the gift. It's also confusing that it says shipping through DHL or local post; there is a big difference of services/time between them, we should know which one is being used.

The book has a very high quality, it's s perfect gift. We ordered and we received the book with a big delay but the post from our country was to blame. We received a unique code to order another book for free as an apology, the seller was very kind. We ordered yesterday another book for our son too.

Didn't receive the order
The most important issue is that I didn't receive the book YET (Jan 3rd), even though I ordered it at the beginning of December. I decided to place the order BECAUSE there was a message on the website mentioning that "there were only 7 days left to place the order to receive it before Christmas". I don't think it's necessary to say how STUPID it is for 2 little girls to receive a book called "Agnes and Zoe saved the Christmas" almost one month AFTER Christmas (this in case I will receive it eventually).

Comanda nu a ajuns la timp!

Am primit comanda astăzi! Cartile sunt interesante și de calitate.
Singurul "-" este faptul ca a ajuns tarziu față de data estimată.
Am primit mail cu scuzele de rigoare și un voucher cadou ( dovadă de profesionalism) !
Ar trebui să îmbunătățiți partea legată de transport, ar fi mai bine sa colaborați cu o firmă de curierat.
Voi mai reveni cu comandă cu siguranță!
* Am comadat 2 carti la inceputul lunii decembrie, tot pe site scria ca daca plasez comanda in seara respectivă voi primi cartile pana la Craciun. Este aproape o lună si cartile tot nu au ajuns.

The order did not arrive
They told me, twice, that I will receive my order until Christmas, but I never did, despite the fact that i sent the order on December 7. Every email they sent me was full of lies and the whole experience was jusy annoying and disappointing. I do not recomand this company to anyone. It s not something you want to live during holidays or any other time really. Save your money and most important your peace by not buying from them.

DE EVITAT!
Aceasta companie ar trebui urgent exclusa de pe piata românească. Este evident ca nu sunt respectate termenele de livrare si tot ce pot spune cei care raspund la reclamatii este sa dea vina pe posta romana sau sa-ti ofere un voucher pt o alta carte/comanda, desi comenzile nu ajung la timp pentru ca efectiv nu sunt date curierului in timp util. Se folosesc de reclama falsa doar ca sa accepte cat mai multe plati. Dezamagitor.
Asteptam sa primesc cele doua carti comandate + alte cadouri pentru doi copii inainte de Crăciun. N-au ajuns niciodata. Nici plata nu a fost returnata.
Am depus plangere si la protectia consumatorului.

De fapt, oficiul poștal românesc a avut probleme la livrarea comenzilor și unele comenzi așteptau să fie preluate de la ei și din acest motiv nu au fost livrate. Vă rugăm să trimiteți un e-mail la serviciul nostru pentru clienți, astfel încât să vă putem ajuta să găsiți comanda, astfel încât să puteți primi produsul pentru care ați plătit.
