Do not trust this company. I ordered because I was under the impression that it was an American made product. It says made in America on the website. This company is based in China.
I have never received any merchandise from them and they have charged my account twice.
My mistake that I didn’t realize that this was a subscription. I have contacted my bank to dispute the charges. Read the reviews and don’t make the same mistake that I did.

What a scam
What a scam! The company is in China - the products they sell have no results or clinical trials. I have placed my order because they have faked the original video of biologist suggesting this product is the best on the market. But the worst is that o have never received the products and they refuse to refund me. I am already for three months receiving the same response: they are helping me but now they have even stopped responding toty emails. TOTAL SCAM

Things a company should do!
Well for one thing this company should send their customers everything they order & prepay $ for. Secondly they should give a phone # to contact customer support & if they're not going to do that then at least read the emails that the customers write them on the only form of contact they give. 3rdly they should stop trying to take $ out of the accounts of their customers that paid for a product once & never signed up for any ongoing products which they have not even received the entire first order they paid for. This company has tried to extract $ from my account 7 extra times in just a 5 week period. I will never do business with this company again.

Parcel issue- sorted out but I think I got scammed!
This an update on my parcel issue- It was already sorted out through a friends' help. I picked up the parcel this morning from the postal office nearby my place.
I hope that Catanutra can improve their customer service to be more pro active. As a customer, I rely on them to help sort out any issue regarding my order.
I wonder why the number of bottles I get is not the same as advertised in your website? I paid 739.50MOP but received 5 bottles only. In your website, I'm supposed to received a total of 7 bottles for the money I've paid. Can you explain?
