It doesn’t tell you that you will be on monthly subscription! The only way I knew was they charged my CC and Ofcourse was almost double the price. Also very odd, the same day they charged $70…there was also a fraudulent charge ALSO from California for $119 for GROCERIES!
I recommend stay away from this company!!!

If I could give NO star or MINUS stars I would do that. They are a big scam, thieves and con artists!!
1) They pretend it is manufactured in the US but it is sent directly from China so you don’t know what crap you ingest. They are just a dropshipping company which they deny.
2) they say there are 30 packets in the box but there are only 20
3) I ordered 5 boxes (5 months supply $75!) But be aware as somehow they sneakily stick you with a monthly subscription YOU DON’T KNOW ABOUT AND YOU DID NOT REQUEST!! so they take your money again a month later!! SO BE AWARE!
If you read the ‘suggested use’ on the box it says:
‘Natural precipitation might occur’ nicely translated 😂 but it does not come from China they say!
I hate these con companies and have to call my CC company again.

A nightmare
Where do I start? The tracking doesn’t work. You cannot view your order because the entire website is no longer available. Since Biden passed laws that consumers can no longer block companies from charging your card, you have to get a whole new credit card in order to protect yourself.

Order never arrived, they dont offer a solution or a refund, and charge you for a subscription that it is easy to see on the website and misleading people. I have emailed customer service several times to cancel it as how A I suppose to pay for something for a second time if I did not get the first one. Everything went so well when I ordered from them
Everything went so well! No problems with payment, delivery, etc. Today, is my 15th day. I counted the sachets left, and there were only 5 left, instead of 15. That means they scammed me out of 10 sachets. I still have 4 boxes left. The boxes are so well packed and sealed, no damaged goods and delivered safely. I opened the other 4 boxes left only to find each and every one of them only had 20 sachets in them instead of 30 sachets. So, if you bought from them, kindly check your quantity of sachets.
I have just written to them on their website. Here THEIR CONTACT PAGE ON CATA NUTRA WEBSITE - I told them to send me the shortfall of 50 sachets or else I am putting them on here. Well, here I am - if they send me the shortfall of 50 sachets, I shall update this complaint; if not, it will remain as it is.
How do scammers get away with their bs? Don't they think people will talk?
I am really so upset that I paid them in good faith and look what I received from them in return. They didn't expect me to count my sachets.

All you have to do is send me the 50 Sachets shortfall. When I asked you to do that, you said you would give me 30% discount. Does this make up for the 50 Sachets shortfall? I'm still waiting. If you can steal 10 sachets out of each of our packets, what else are you capable of doing? No wonder you do not have an option to go through paypal.com as you will be nailed for your underhandedness! You told me it's supposed to be 20 and the 30 on the box is a mistake. ALL LIES! Everywhere else, it is 30 per box. Just another way for you to scam more money out of us fools that believe in you.

I have tried for 2 months to cancel this subscription, I have replied to numerous emails, when you log in it tells you that the only way you can cancel is to reply to emails but I have received no reply. This is a scam. There are other people selling this same product who charge less and you won't be locked into endless subscription contracts.

Debited account even without subscription
The product has had NO effect on my health.
I was subscribed without my knowledge and without notice from a one of purchase not opting for the further discount of subscribing yet they where still able to debit my account.
I asked for a refund as per the 90 day guarantee but was offered a 75% refund which was to be 5-7 days it has been over a month and no surprise nothing.
Stay away from this company. Not reputable, i have sent emails since this 75% refund offer with NO response. NOT A REPUTABLE COMPANY

Buyer beware! I have emailed to cancel subscription repeatedly, , but they keep sending and charging me. Can’t contact them by phone only by email. Finally got a confirmation that they will cancel only to find an email the next week saying”welcome back!” Yep! Started charging me again. Their product arrives with no return address only the name Zoey. So definitely third party shady stuff going on here! You will have to call cc company to block them from charging
