This company guarantee the product is made in the USA.. but is shipped from China. Scam.. don’t buy.

I received the Kata Nutra product which was not as advertised and when i tried it I was very disappointed with the product. The other issue I have is I ordered a 3 month supply upfront and then a month later I received an email saying they were about to ship out another 3 month supply. So I sent an email telling them not to ship this second order, they ignored this email sent 3 days before the order was supposed to be sent and when I complained they still charged my credit card (which I have now replaced) and would not provide a refund. As far as I am personally concerned this is a scam.

Be careful!!!! It is a scam !!! I tried to track the order and said "its not found". It was meant to come from America but there tells from China ! Thats thing should be stopped immediately!

This company scams you! There is no way to cancel and customer service sends the same copy and paste email over and over if you reach out to cancel. I’m contacting my bank to report the charges!

I never received the product in the 3 day shipment email, this product cokes from China according to my records on tracking package. Never subscribed to have a membership or received extra product. Wrote several emails with complaints after 15 days of placing my order still had no product. False advertisement, false everything. Do not buy from this un ethical quasi company . Is a scamm!!

I ordered this product Cata Kor and Zoome. I saw no difference and tried to get a refund and I am still waiting. The product is poor and the company is just as poor. Will not honor their guarantee even though they agreed by email that they would. Please check into this company before placing an order. Read the reviews.

You'll get a product. You won't get it in the time they say. It ships from China. It's not the real cata-kor. It's a scam and fake. Their return policy is false. They'll give you the address to ship it back but they don't pay for the shipping( like their policy says) and they make you pay 20% restock fee.
Edited because they responsed. They didn't reach out. I filed a dispute with my credit card, which they contested and now they won't respond to emails. Their product is 100% fake they aren't the real cata-kor but they ship fake products or in their packaging.

This is a scam company claims manufactured in the USA but shipped from China it I’d definately a Chinese company selling dodgy products I have had to cancel my card so they cannot bill me anymore. I also have not received the product I ordered not that I would use it now.

BUYER BEWARE. THIS SITE IS A SCAM AND THE PRODUCT IS COUNTERFIT.

They automatically bill you the following month for the same order that you placed initially. If I had known this, I would not have placed my initial order. There is no phone number listed for them. The only number I was able to find in my order is 513-229-9213, which is not even their phone number. They are using someone else's phone number.

I reached out to the email address on the bottle. They told me this company that we all ordered from is a counterfeit. I threw away all of the product they sent me. God knows what we’re taking if the are a counterfeit company.

On 8/19/25 - I received an email from this company telling me that I still have an active subscription even though I have asked them via email to cancel my subscription. There is no way to cancel the subscription online.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

This place is a SCAM! Stay away from this counterfit product and this SCAM of a company.

This site is a scam. They automatically set up each order as reoccurring monthly. All prior reviews are correct. It took me a couple hours to delete my 'subscription' as they call it. First, I placed a stop payment on my bank card for Cata Nutra. It is difficult to find a cancellation notice for them. Next, log onto their site, hover over your name, go to your profile, scroll down, click on your payment info, there is a place to delete this info from their site. Continue to keep an eye on your account as they may try to submit an order again under a slightly different name. Good luck.

Note: within 30 minutes of stop payment to Cata Nutra and removing my payment info from their site, I received several emails from them. One was a subscription page (which I am sure no one has seen before, I have not). It allowed me to cancel my subscription in full. It said they had no payment info for me and would need some to continue my order. I would still check my account daily for a while to make sure they do not try again
Also, they advertise a 30 month supply, or 30 packs. It even says 30 packs on the outside of the box. All 6 boxes I received only had 20 packs each. This seems to be common, other reviews say the same.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!! It has been over a month since I ordered my item and still have not received it. A month after i ordered my item i was then charged for another item that I never purchased nor did I sign up for a subscription! I made multiple attempts to contact them! I then made a dispute with my credit card to get a chargeback! It was not until then did I hear back from Cata Nutra saying my delayed item was on the way! Literally worst online experience of my life !!

I’m also one of the unfortunate unsuspecting trial one shipment customers who just found out that this company charges to your credit card for a subscription which you did not sign up for. When I asked them why is there a subscription which I did not sign up for, they claim that it is done automatically for the convenience of its customers who need the products over several months to see its benefits. This is a total scam.

Finally, they sent me a link where I can cancel my subscription and confirmed I won’t be charged for further orders “going forward”. But they declined to cancel the 2nd order being placed and charge to me without my knowledge as they need to be notified within one hour of an order being placed due to their “fast” shipment times. This is also BS. I emailed them within 10 minutes of seeing a subscription order email being received and seeing my credit card being charged and they replied to me within 10 minutes as well. But they still refused to cancel the 2nd shipment order which I never asked for and did not authorise them to charge to my credit card which they kept on their file.

The first shipment took 3 weeks to arrive and tracking showed it came from China. They try very hard to take your monies without any authorisation and I had to threaten them that I will file a complaint and dispute their charges to my credit card company so that they won’t get paid for the 2nd subscription order which I never wanted or authorised. Overall, a very unsavoury and unethical experience. Please stay away from this website and their hard sell and arm twisting to get you on a forced subscription.

Having read other reviews from this forum, I’m not even opening the first shipment order which arrived just a few days ago after taking 3 weeks to arrive and plan to throw them away due to their dubious origins and lack of manufacture science behind their products. Please don’t get scammed.

The first box I received had only 20 packets in the box instead of 30. I reached out sending emails under Zooone site, but no response from them. Then sent them a notice to cancel, no response from them. Finally figured out that it was under Catanutra and got a response but too late, they kept charging my card and now stuck with a probably short product box again.

Says it’s a us company but shipped from china. Took over a month to receive. Says money back guarantee but they won’t respond to request for refund.

Avoid scam scam scam , wish I had of read these reviews first, the snake you up for renewal subscribing! Which i never agreed to, it's all made in China shite. This is a complete ripoff and practically impossible to cancel

Upon ordering, unbeknownst to me I was automatically signed up to a monthly subscription. When I noticed, I signed in to cancel this unwanted subscription. Finding the unsubscribe button was impossible. There is no unsubscribe button. So I reached out to customer service where I was send copious amounts of fluffy emails, none which I found helpful. They really do make cancelling hard and the product doesn’t even work. Waste of $200.

The website says "made in America." Lie! My shipment is from China, and two weeks later, I'm still watching tracking.
There's also no place on the website to cancel subscriptions, or do anything resembling customer service.

This company is horrible. I placed an order for NAD buy 3 get 2 free. They immediately added two bottles of NAD for an additional $29,99. When the order arrived the 5 boxes which were supposed to contain 30 packets each only had 20 in the box I opened. The order was received in June. Today they charged me another $89.00 for an order I never placed, nor did I sign up for a subscription!! I have a dispute with the company via Credit Karma. Buyer BEWARE

Scam - keep sending me items and have bit cancelled my subscription as asked and I never signed up for a subscription.

They have terrible customer service and keep shipping my this Sh*t. They won't let me cancel and I have to go through Paypal legal department. DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
