I never received the product. They did not refund. TOTAL CHINESE SCAM COMPANY!

I placed an order with Cata Nutra on June 10, 2025, and as of mid-July, I have still not received the product.

They did provide a tracking number, but the package shipped from China, even though their website claims to be a U.S.-based company. This was never made clear at the time of purchase and already raises red flags.

I contacted customer support and was told that cancellations were not possible because the product was “already shipped” — despite no delivery after over a month. They also refused to address my core concerns:
– Why is the product coming from China?
– Am I signed up for a subscription?
– Where is my refund or replacement?

After that, they stopped replying entirely.
No resolution. No accountability. No transparency.

I’ve now escalated the issue through PayPal and filed complaints with consumer protection agencies.

This is not how a serious or trustworthy company operates. Cata Nutra feels like a classic dropshipping scam, and I strongly advise others to avoid at all costs.

EDIT 10/07/2025 afternoon:
Cata Nutra just charged me again — a subscription fee I never agreed to, booked, or authorized. This confirms what many others have reported: unauthorized recurring billing. I’ve filed a dispute via PayPal and hope to get my money back.

EDIT 23/07/2025:
The package finally arrived. It states “Made in the USA” — a bold contradiction, since tracking clearly shows the shipment originated in China. Even worse:

The packaging refers to a company website (tyreus.com) which leads to a blank page.

The return policy on their other site (CataKor) is full of placeholders like “[INSERT RETURN ADDRESS]” — not even properly filled in.

The contact email on the packaging (help at catakor.com) does not match the one on the website (microingredientsshop at gmail.com).

Absolute SCAM!
You are charged monthly even though you haven't subscribed and worst of all, there is no MANAGE SUBSCRIPTION or CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION button! Which proves how much of a scam they are!

These people are criminals. They scam people. The NAD product is cornstarch and caffeine. Buyer beware!! The claim it is an American product, but comes from China.

Fraud alert .. never make any purchase. They will keep your credit card details and make automated debit payments every 30 days until you block the card.

The supplement comes from China and has silicon dioxide. Extremely harmful and not FDA approved.

I ordered a 3 month supply of the NAD+ for women and when the order came the first thing I noticed was the safety seal on the outside of each bottle was kinda loose and not secure. Appeared cheaply done. Then I took that off and the safety seal under the cap was not adhered. All 3 were lifted and not secured at all. This is supposed to be a domestically made product claiming all based in the USA but, when I looked back at the tracking, it said it shipped from China... I inquired as to why it would even be coming from China and the response was that CataNutra sometimes uses a third party shipper.... hmm Now I'm playing the back and forth game trying to return with them offering me to keep it for a partial refund. Went from 50% to 75% claiming they would save me the "hassel" of having to return it. Ha! Then I read the reviews.. we don't even know what we are putting into our bodies! Im sticking to my local natural pharmacy from now on.

This is a scam. Product comes from China. All they do is give you run around and without having purchased it it's suddenly a subscription. Bots answer saying they use 3rd party shipping from China. There is no reason for that unless product comes from China. They must think we are stupid.

Under no circumstances must anyone buy from this website. The product is clearly fake, the packaging is substandard. Also, when you purchase the product, you are purchasing a subscription - so your account will be debited every month. Don’t be fooled by polite and professional looking emails. This is a SCAM!

I placed an order then saw the bad reviews & possiblity of a scam so tried to cancel which I couldn't so contacted my bank saying it looked like a scam, they froze my card and looked into it, meantime The following day I had a very polite reply & was told it was only possible to cancel one hour after placing the order, which I actually had done via email and was able to send a screenshot plus I noticed I had been put on automatic monthly subscription which I definitely did not sign up for, I did manage to cancel this via my account, I had Purchased a 5 pack bundle so even if I loved the product I definitely did not need a monthly tub ! I had a few very professional emails and to be fair I started to question if I was mistaken thinking it was a scam, low and behold they refunded my money, beyond surprised so to be honest I think it is an ok company but I like others thought it was an American company, it's not transparent that these goods come from China, I believe they should make this clear, everything should be upfront & clear to avoid confusion & concern.
It's a shame because I really wanted the NAD capsules!

I initally purchased the product called CataKor NAD+ Core from a company called Cata Nutra on May 12, 2025. Their ad says "USA Made and Tested". The shipping was taking longer than I expected so I checked the tracking and the product was clearly shipping from China. When I reached out to Cata Nutra I was told that that's a misunderstanding because they use 3rd party shippers. This is complete nonsense. Once I received the product, I requested a refund as per their website I have 30 days after receiving my product to request a return. Their response is to send multiple emails, giving me the run around asking why I was dissatisfied. I continually responded to their emails requesting a refund. Finally, they responded with an offer of a 50% refund. I said no, that I wanted a full refund, so then they offered me a 75% refund. These emails went on and on. Today, June 28, 2025, I received a response saying yes, they will give me a refund after I ship the product back….TO CHINA… (although they swear it didn’t come from China) at my expense, and a 20% restock fee so I will essentially get nothing back and may owe more. I told them I will not be returning the product but instead, will dispute with my credit card company as well as report to the FTC (which I did today), and on as many social media and websites as possible. In addition, I don’t trust that I would even get a refund even after returning the product because they will probably say they never received it. Seeing as their return address they gave me is: Room 108, 1st Floor, Office Building, Xiangyuer Industrial Park, Longsheng Road, Longgang District, Shenzhen, Guangdong Province, China
After the first order in May, I found out that this was a subscription (didn’t know this) so I was charged yet again for another order on June 12. I reached out to them asking to cancel the subscription and again, I received the emails asking why and saying that I'm in charge of my subscription and can cancel via the link in the order confirmation email I received. The link led to my account on their website with absolutely no link to cancel my subscription. Nothing. After more emails, I was able to obtain a link to find the page to cancel my subscription. And I requested an email from them stating that it was canceled. However, I was still charged for the 2nd shipment so I’ll be disputing this charge as well with my credit card.
I filed a dispute with my credit card company about the first order. After looking at the information on the product packaging I received, I decided to reach out to CataKor (the product manufacturer) who informed me that I had purchased a fake product from a fake website (CataNutra). I have the email from them stating this. I DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING FROM CATA NUTRA. Research them. There are other complaints just like mine.

This company is not trust worthy. I purchased a bottle and did not find out until shipping that it was coming from
China. When. I reached out to ask them they told me that sometimes shipping just looks like it’s coming from china because of third party shipping company. But tracking literally shows it coming from china. It took a month to deliver. And somehow the subscription was activated so a new order was generated and shipped even though I reached out to cancel it. In communications they just go round and round with no resolution. I’m out $70 which isn’t a lot but it’s the treatment and the lies told that have me upset. Don’t buy from this company.
