Dear Anne-Sophie,
Just to follow up on the below, I can see the new parcel was delivered on 22nd August. I apologise again for the postal issue with your order and very much hope you are happy with the jacket now it has arrived!
Best wishes
Jenny
Dear Anne-Sophie,
I’m so very sorry to hear your order didn’t reach you. I’ve checked the postage tracking and La Poste attempted delivery on 11th May. It was then held at the post office awaiting your redelivery instructions or for you to collect.
From your feedback it seems you didn’t receive the notification from La Poste. I can understand how frustrating this must have been and I share your frustration!
We will make up your order again and send it immediately. I will email you with the new tracking info once the order leaves us. And I will personally follow the tracking to ensure La Poste deliver it safely this time.
Best wishes
Jenny
