Purchased a bedside table from the Cazaar website. Two hours later the order was cancelled with no explanation. A total waste of time and rubbish communication!

Great service
Popped to the warehouse to find it was click and collect only and Michelle was really helpful. She helped me chose what I needed and place the order, then went herself to go find it all in the warehouse. She even came back with extra things I might like.
With a hen do the next eve and having changed my mind what to wear I couldn't have asked for better and was so pleased with the service. Saved the day!

I purchased an item that I was going to collect but couldn't get time to collect the item before I needed it. So unfortunately I emailed and cancelled the order.
I received a curtesy phone call within 5mins asking if I would like the order amended and he item posted, to ensure it arrives in time for when I need it👍 top notch service, went the extra mile.

I ordered something from this website and they said it would be here the next day and it hasnt came because im not mainland UK but it says nothing about that on the email they have rubbish customer service and still made me pay for next day delivery would definitely not order off this again they should be ashamed of themselves

Great Customer service
Melanie was fantastic un resolving the issue of my missing parcel. The parcel was lost by the courier service and after conversing with them I was advised to contact the seller. Upon doing so, my issue was resolved swiftly and I am being sent a replacement. Very happy it has been resolved.

What a fantastic customer service team at Cazaar. Ordered an item to be delivered next day, realised that the item was no longer needed so contacted customer service to cancel the order. No quibbles order was cancelled and money refunded. Will definitely us Cazaar again!

Had a absolutely fantastic experience today with Melanie, she went out of her way to help out a very stressed out last minute mum 🤦♀️ with a costume for my sons play. Cannot believe I didn’t know about this place but would recommend it to everyone, fantastic variety and really good prices x

Good customer service
First time ordering from this company, item arrived soo fast. Unfortunately it was faulty so I contacted the company by email and they relied next working day and sent out a replacement. The replacement arrived the following day and was fine. Very fast dispatches and resolution of issue. Would be more than happy to purchase from them again.

We purchased a cheerleaders outfit…
We purchased a cheerleaders outfit through the school for our daughter who was performing at the school fete. Unfortunately the school didnt give it to us until 2 days prior to the fete and when tried on, it was far too small. After my wife said I looked silly in it, I took it off and my daughter tried it on instead (joking!!)
Anyway, we took it back to the store and the ladies were brilliant. They changed it immediately and said any issues, then just run it back. Couldnt fault the service at all and will be using again (for both of us haha)

Great service
We ordered fancy dress costumes on Ebay. One of the costumes was too small and we then noticed that the company was near to where we live.
We saw Melanie who could not have been more helpful in finding the correct size.
We were very impressed by their efficiency and were surprised by the range of goods that they sell.
We would certainly recommend.
