I received my order and there was a broken part. I contacted customer service to advise and asked that they send out a spare part (if possible). My query was dealt with in a promptly, I was happy with the resolution and the member of staff was friendly. I've never ordered from Cazaar before but was very impressed - keep up the good work!

They worst experience I have ever had…
They worst experience I have ever had ordering online. First ordered item which was not the correct size. Then wanted to return item all they provide is a return address which u have to pay. Cost me £15 to return the item. Just rang in to see if they have received my item as I have not been refunded. They received the item in July its now August and have chose to not pay me back then had the cheek to say I need to wait 7 to 8 working days to process refund. Keeping in mind it was beginning of July and now mid August. The office is based in Madagascar and honestly staff are clue less cant understand to help and mangers are never in and never reply to emails. Never again plus I dont trust them to return my money will have to raise an issue with paypal

Great Experience on purchasing storage bench
Ordered a 3 door shoe storage bench on seeing this company was cheapest online i was wary as i hadnt heard of them and looking at reviews it seemed to be about hiring outfits. I went ahead with order and bench was supposed to come on saturday it came 3 days earlier 2 days after i had ordered. Great service and item was very good as well so well chuffed and i would definitely use them again.

Needed 3 costumes urgently!
I urgently needed 3 costumes at 2 days notice and found Cazaar after some googling. I rang them and Melanie answered who was extremely helpful and was able to personally ensure my order was dispatched shortly after my order was placed and they all arrived on time with everything as expected. I can't recommend Cazaar enough and I will definitely be using them again in the future. Thanks again Melanie!
