Been using CCTV Direct for a few years now, I’ve always had excellent service. Spoke to Lamont this morning with a query and he got back to me within a few minutes. Great company, great staff, from the sales team to the tech guys !

CCTV Direct Leeds, Fantastic company to deal with. Called me back as promised within 5 min. Listened to my problem and resolved straight away.

I had a technical issue when installing a new hard drive to an NVR. The passwords on the cameras somehow reset and then differed from the NVR password so only half of them were working. I called CCTV Direct Tech Support who logged in to the NVR remotely and remedied the issue in minutes. Both I and my customer were over the moon with the help and support provided in such a timely fashion.

I had a problem with an Ajax app and I spoke to Lamont as always very polite and very knowledgeable, an asset to the company, always a pleasure talking to him.

I just want to give a big shoutout to Millie Franklin for her outstanding support and service. She really goes out of her way to make sure I have everything I need for my Ajax installation jobs, and honestly, it makes a huge difference. She’s always so patient, helpful, and makes the whole process much easier. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated and genuinely caring about making sure you’re sorted. Whenever I’ve had any issues, Millie always makes everything really simple and stress-free. Recently, I needed Ajax SIM cards for my Ajax takeover jobs and she managed to get me some, thanks so much, Millie!

Best cctv company around, always going that extra mile to help the engineers, Dan was an absolute legend today helping us out with a job which in hindsight we shouldn’t have taken on. Even when I was losing the will to live Dan remained calm and professional at all times, what an absolute legend and an asset to your business
