Couldn’t be happier

Couldn’t be happier. Had some IT issue (product said ‘available’ but couldn’t purchase it) phoned store, they were helpful, IT fixed the problem immediately, purchased the product on line, arrived two days later.
Winning.

Casio CT-X800 61-Key Touch Sensitive Keyboard

My first online shopping experience with Cecere's Music I must say I'm very happy with the payment options. Also the options either to have the item posted to your home or to click and collect which I think is fabulous customer service! I'm very impressed with this. I thought it would take weeks for my order to arrive and it was within a week. The staff are very friendly, down to earth, very willing to help they also have great patience. Communication is excellent. This I truly appreciate. I don't experience any pressure which adds to the positive side of this whole experience in the store. I enjoyed looking around briefly, next time I will look around more. I have been looking for a music store that had the AfterPay option it wasn't until I got online and searched on google I had discovered Cecere's Music! I look forward to returning to the store and greeting everyone next time! Thank you Cecere's Music, you guys rock!

Short answer they're a great store.

Oh where do I start, how do I make it brief?. Ok deep breath, I bought a speaker on eBay from the eBay store. I messaged asking about some details of this speaker. I got a reply that it was hard to test everything in the stock area and that reliance upon manufacturer descriptions and customer feedback was often the only thing to go on. So I thought hmmm, and then I bought a different speaker from the store website. So I cancelled the eBay one. Then I thought to change my store purchase item so I emailed, but then I emailed again to disregard my previous email and stick with my purchased item. So if that makes sense that's what happened and throughout this the communication and support from staff was excellent. In the end I am very happy with my Eminence Legend V1216 speaker I bought.

Does NOT ship to USA

First of all the seller did refund the money so that is a positive. It would be better if the website clearly stated they do not ship out of country to avoid the confusion to begin with.

Hi Bill,

Thanks for the review, our website clearly states in the shipping section to send us an email before ordering anything if you are outside of Australia, which you didn't. The systems shouldn't allow orders from outside the country so i don't know how it processed it.

Anyway sorry for any inconvenience that this may have caused.
