Great experience as always! I have ordered quite a few items online from Cecere's music in the past and never had any trouble. If a product hasn't been in stock, the team a Cecere's are quick to let you know and suggest/offer alternatives. Staff are extremely helpful and polite in all online correspondence. Lonely accordion owner.
Sadly I’m still waiting my for my accordion strap repair from last year .. have made several enquires and told some one def will get back to me.....Nope! Another month ! I know it’s not a big cost job but I’ve been been reasonable & patient & Miss it !! I’d Just like if back before Covid19 lockdown

Service Above and Beyond
I would like to revisit my previous 1 star review and change it to 5 stars. Cecere's Music went above and beyond to resolve my delivery issue. They recalled the harmonica back from the courier and had a staff member deliver it to my door on Christmas Eve, for which I am very appreciative. This business clearly cares about their customers and take pride in how they conduct themselves.
