Happy with job amazing

Nice company to use and the cups I ordered do the job required of them . Would have liked to be able to order airtight lids for them but alas not possible for a smallish order.

I brought this item to touch up the underside of a bumper. Worked perfectly and match the colour exactly, I was amazed at the results as the colour is a pearl metallic with gloss top coating and my expectations were just to be close enough but the results were near perfect

Placed an order on 14th May. Its now 24th May and yet to receive my order. I emailed the company explaining not receiving my order. They said give it till the 22nd and if you've not received it, let us know.
I told them on 22nd May that I'd not received the order and I'm still waiting on a response.
Not happy at all, something that should take 2-3 working days to be delivered and I'm still waiting! I've asked for a refund if I'm not going to get my order and I've yet to have a reply back. Won't be buying from here again!!
Edit* the company have replied and offered a refund or another delivery of order. I opted for a refund, hopefully I shall receive it soon. I am unsure as to whether it was fault of the company or that of royal mail why I did not receive my order, hence why I've changed the 1 star to 2 stars.

Regularly order masking paper, quick service

Would've put 0 if I could, got next day delivery for an extra £4.99, it's the fourth day today and I've emailed them hours ago and still haven't had any reply, when they did reply, the just said oh sorry about that, let us know if it arrives today, if not let us know so they can sort something out. Useless company! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!

I ordered paint from these people as I wanted to test different blues out prior to painting a car. The label on the can was the correct code but the actual paint was silver. They ssked me to send a photo of the can, I did, next they ask me to send a photo of the colour sprayed onto a white background, do they think I can’t tell silver from blue, eventually they admit they gave got it wrong and offer me a Hyundai blue when I actually want a Kia blue. The ask me then to send a photo of a colour platen, what is that? They offer refund instead so I have asked for that. We all make mistakes, making me jump through hoops to prove their error is not good customer service.

I would not use them in future, best to avoid

I have just seen their response, the colour is just blue not a silvery blue as they suggest, it should not be hard for someone in the trade to come up with the right colour when I have supplied the name of the colour, the car manufacturer and the paint code. Kia ALICE Blue, Code ABB and yes I did send them a photo. But as they know and I know the colour from a photo is not guarantee of matching the colour as it depends on the light, the colour settings on the computer screen etc. I was a surprised given these facts they asked for it.

Ordered a touch up paint kit for a car. Colour match was not even close. Lots of emails. Taken and sent pictures. Forwarded to "Paint technician" etc... They now want the paint back to test it, despite me requesting a refund and informing them I have purchased elsewhere. If you want car touch up paint that is a good match, you may wish to go elsewhere.
