Myles and his team were great, they took on our case after the company went into administration, everything was explained and forms were sent to us to fill in. They explained that it would take time due to the courts being busy. We were kept informed along the way and a couple of other forms were sent to us for signatures during the process. The pay out was more than I had expected it to be as well. Overall it was a very simple process for us and I'm grateful to all involved in this process. I would highly recommend using their services.

Really great, professional service from the whole team. The award process takes time (around 12 months in my case) due to various hurdles and red tape but CFS took care of everything on my behalf. Their fees are justified in my opinion as it would have been impossible to navigate without CFS. 100% satisfied with the end result.

They organized my redundancy payment with very little effort from me.

Dealt with everything when the company I work for went into administration and then was liquidated without notice to the employees - communication was simple and it was easy to send over the information requested. CFS handled everything from start to finish and payment was made quickly once resolved by the tribunal.

I had a very good experience. It was not as quick as I was expecting but there were some problems with the data the liquidator submitted to the Government. They did what they promised to do.
