Very straight forward and easy to deal with

I had a very good experience. It was not as quick as I was expecting but there were some problems with the data the liquidator submitted to the Government. They did what they promised to do.

They did exactly what they were advertising.
Always answered my emails and got my directors redundancy for me.

When our business became insolvent, CFS helped us with obtaining redundancy pay. They were very easy to work with and did an excellent job.

Fantastic service from start to finish! Communication and transparency about the process was excellent. Not only did they get the protective award payout through they also pointed me in the right direction for a HRMC claim for annual leave not used and pay not received.

I was part of a group claim initiated by a member of our former HR team. It took nearly a year to see any money, but this was due to waiting for a court date and not down to the CFS team. I was kept up to date throughout the entire process, and as I had to do little other than fill in a few forms and send some ID, I was delighted to see the money appear in my bank account one morning. CFS Redundancy Payments handled everything related to my claim, with regular communication throughout the process. Fees were clearly laid out and very reasonable. The whole process was handle quickly with minimum paperwork requirements. Where further information was requested by CFS, full details were provided with easy to completed online documentation.

Good service, good communication throughout. Cant complain really although I thought their fee was slightly high. Be sure to see what other company's charge before jumping in unlike our group of employees did.

I had a great experience with CFS regarding my redundancy payments. The communication throughout the process was excellent—they kept me informed every step of the way, which made the whole situation much easier to manage. There was no hassle with paperwork either, just a few simple forms to complete. The outcome was especially positive for me, as I wasn’t entitled to company redundancy due to only having worked at the company for a year. CFS really made the process smooth and stress-free. I’m very satisfied with the result and would highly recommend their services.

CFS took care of everything relating to a claim made due to an employer going into administration and managed to obtain a sizeable portion of money for not only myself but numerous colleagues who had also signed up with them.
