Good website, easy to order and arrived quickly. A little daunting to assemble but I am very pleased with my kneeling chair.

My chair was just out of warranty when the main cylinder failed, leaving my nose at desk height. I called, provided the details, the call was efficient and positive, the part wasn't to expensive and was with me in two days.

What would have been helpful is if they sold me the tool to remove the cylinder from the chair and foot assembly, I struggled and end up using blocks of wood and a car jack to separate the parts.

The new part went in without issue.

The chair was delivered early and is very well made and comfortable. All in all I am very pleased with the purchase, both the delivery service and the quality of the chair.

We ordered the chair based on the looks and price. We didn't actually notice the electrical massage side of the chair , and to be honest having now experianced it would not have chosen that option, it's ok but a bit noisey for us. Overall a good comfy chair and perfect for us, would buy again but go for the non massage version (if there is one) to save a few pounds.

Bought a offi e chair on the website. Delivery very was excellent with all delivery inatructiosn followed. Cannot fault. Had a follow up phone call a few weeks later to check if I was happy with my purchase. Don't see that everyday!.

I have used Chairoffice a few times, the Chair is so comfortable and sturdy, this is the second one we have in our office .

We order a couple of model chairs and meeting room table. All was delivered exactly when agreed, no issues with helping us get it up to our new office. All really easy to build (wish I'd paid a little more to have them built...) and comfortable and stylish.

Absolutely shocking service. Avoid this company.

I ordered a chair, they took my money immediately, and since then there has been nothing. No chair, no dispatch confirmation, no shipping email, no tracking number — absolutely no indication that the order is even moving.

When you call them, you are fobbed off with the same meaningless response every time: “someone is dealing with it”. Nobody can tell you where the order is, when it will be delivered, or what has actually gone wrong. It seems like nobody there has any clue what is happening.

I have never experienced such poor communication or such a lack of accountability from an online retailer. They are happy to take your money, but getting a straight answer afterwards appears impossible.

If you have unfortunately ordered from them, I hope you paid by credit card so you have some protection and a route to recover your money.

One of the worst online shopping experiences I have ever had.

A reallly great chair for my hobby room,extremely comfortable , the only downside is that its been hijacked by my wife who's claimed half of the desk for her home office and she really loves the chair and says its far superior to her chair in the office at work . I love it, my wife loves it more though 😀

The chair arrived on time, exactly as advertised, and everything was included, including the instructions and all necessary parts. The product itself is first class and I am very pleased with the quality.

I did need to contact the company for some advice, as due to my failing eyesight I found the printed instructions difficult to read. The response was absolutely brilliant. A PDF copy of the instructions was emailed over straight away, and the issue was sorted within five minutes.

I cannot speak highly enough of Chair Office. From ordering, to delivery, to after-sales support, the service was exceptional throughout.
