Amazing experience, a dream I had which was made a reality by Linda. 3 options of packages to choose depending on our budget so nothing felt forced. We travelled to San Fran where Linda gave us lots of recommendations one of them being a restaurant that we loved. Then onto LA and ending in Vegas. Everything was perfect and not need to contact Linda once we had set off. Recommended by a friend and we have now been doing the same- thanks Linda for helping us celebrate my 40th with memories to last forever

I have used Charter travel for over 10 years including a holiday to Florida, and annual holidays to Tenerife, Spain and Portugal. Claire especially, and all the other staff have been outstanding in their handling, knowledge and help of all our bookings. They are a small local travel agents and I certainly would not use any other for any future travel and would highly recommend them.

Want to give a special mention to Richard for helping us book our 2027 Florida trip! Quick response full of useful information and all the details needed. First time using Charter Travel would highly recommend!

We are just back from a holiday to Orlando, which was booked by Danny at Charter Travel. We had an unforgettable experience and all the elements came together seamlessly. Danny was on hand to make sure the itinerary met our requirements and nothing was too much hassle. Thank you!

Andy was given a budget for 8 of us and managed to get all our requirements for a Florida holiday within that budget.
He answered all questions promptly and even managed to change our flights from LHR to Tampa to MCO for the same price.

We have just booked our Florida holiday and it’s the 4th time we have booked through Charter Travel. Prompt, efficient and great service from Richard, who got us a good price for all we needed. A1 service and we will be happy to use their services again.

Our group of four recently travelled to India to experience the Golden Triangle, followed by a relaxing stay in the Maldives, and the entire trip was exceptional from start to finish.
From our initial enquiry through to our return home, the service we received was first-class. Gerard managed every aspect of the booking with great care and attention. He was consistently responsive, answering all of our questions quickly and clearly, and remained professional, approachable, and supportive throughout the planning process.
The trip itself was seamless and very comfortable. We were met as soon as we arrived at Delhi Airport and felt well looked after at every stage. The guides provided during our time in India were knowledgeable, friendly, and added real value to our experience, ensuring everything ran smoothly. We stayed in a beach bungalow on Ellaidhoo island in the Maldives - it was fabulous - food , cleanliness, staff, all totally wonderful.
The only challenge we faced was with securing our Indian visas, as the official application website was not working. This meant we had to use an external agency to fast-track the process. Aside from this minor inconvenience, everything else was perfectly organised.
Overall, it was a fantastic experience. Many thanks to Gerard for making everything so easy and enjoyable - we would absolutely book again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this service to others

Just want to mention how good it is to deal with Andy I am a funny duddy set in my ways apologies for that Andy but could not ask for better service he's sorted flights with seats, car, villa, park tickets, all at a great price, florida hear we come, I'll let you know how it all goes, thanks Andy

I have used Charter Travel numerous times and I cannot praise Linda enough.
I always feel such a valued customer and from booking Hawaii/Los Angeles to name a couple of places that Linda has booked for me she has been such a great help and so very knowledgeable.
She picks great hotels and always gives me the best options that are available and even suggests places to visit etc which are so helpful.
I wouldn't use anyone else because I know that I am in safe hands and would highly recommend Charter Travel and Linda 😊

Me and my partner were invited to a wedding in Las Vegas, I reached out to Peter to get a quote whilst I also looking myself. Peter was so quick to get my quote sorted and it was booked in less than 48hrs of reaching out. He was cheaper for 6 nights than I could find for 4! Any questions I had were answered with no delay. We even got an amazing price on a flight upgrade and had some amazing seats that really made the trip that much of a better experience. His recommendations were super helpful and you can tell he knows his stuff and has amazing experience in US travel. The group are already discussing our next adventure to the states and I will definitely use peter again and will advise the rest of our group to do so as well. I booked our holiday to the Maldives through Charter Travel after a friend recommended them and I can’t recommend them and Danny enough. He has been brilliant throughout the whole process giving advice and after the war in the Middle East dealing with the airline and changing our flights. We have felt really looked after and we will be booking all our future holidays through them.

Leah at Charter was amazing. I asked so many questions and she always had the answer. Our trip was amazing, booking with Charter took all my worries away, they sorted everything. I on't be looking anywhere else for my next trip, i'm going staright back to Charter

From when we first contacted Gerard at Charter Travel for our trip to India (The Golden Triangle) and the Maldives it was an easy, helpful, friendly and hassle free experience.
Our trip exceeded our expectations and our driver ( Sachin) and tour guides in India that were arranged by Charter Travel were very experienced, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.
The holiday was a fantastic experience, the sights, vibe, people, and the hotels in India were unbelievable and then the atmosphere, tranquility and peacefulness of the Maldives was magical.
Landing at Delhi we stayed for 2 nights in The Imperial, absolutely stunning and luxurious hotel, we then travelled to Agra and stayed at the Oberoi Amarvilas Hotel, another stunning and luxurious hotel with fabulous views overlooking the Taj Mahal, we then travelled to Jaipur and again stayed at another Oberoi Hotel Rajvilas, once again stunning grounds, super food, wonderful staff who can’t do enough for you.
We then travelled back to Delhi and stayed at another Oberoi Hotel Gurgaon, which unfortunately was more of a business hotel rather than the previous Oberoi’s. We then flew onto the Maldives staying at Oblu Select Lobigili (Adult Only) which matched the luxurious accommodation, exceptional service, friendliness of the staff of the Oberoi Hotels. A big thank you to the Ylang Ylang restaurant for delivering not only an excellent service and selection of food and their friendliness always with a smile.

We’ve booked with Leah at Charter Travel three times now and always get great service. She listens to what we want and is speedy to respond. She’s got a lovely, professional style and we always book our long haul trips with her now. Brilliant company - would recommend!

We have used Charter Travel (Linda) many times over the last 10 years to organise a variety of holidays that included multi destinations across the world and some included cruises. For the latest holiday we were NOT disappointed and they even exceeded our expectations, given we had quite complicated requests.
We travelled to Miami for 4 days to take in the Miami ATP tennis, then went on a cruise that covered Mexico, Honduras and Bahamas, then stayed in Miami for a couple of nights before returning home.
Linda came up with suggestions for the flights and they were all at very reasonable times (nothing too early in the morning).
She also suggested hotels and the two we chose were excellent.
The first one was in a perfect location on Miami beach and the room was great with a nice view. The hotel staff were great and they also catered well for my Coeliac as I needed gluten free options.
The second hotel was larger and had many facilities. We had a one bedroom suite that had a kitchen and this was ideal for us to relax after our busy cruise.

The cruise was well organised and we had a great stateroom with infinity balcony - a great experience.

Everything was perfect and we also had the confidence in knowing that if anything did go wrong then we had Linda there to help sort it out (Like she did 5 years ago when I got Covid on a cruise and needed to extend my stay in Canada and rearrange flights).

Well done team (and Linda especially)
