Great service again by Aidan and the team at Charter Travel for our trip to Disney World

This is the first time that I have used Charter Travel for a trip to Disney and I will definitely be using them again. I obtained 3 quotes and Charter Travel were the most competitive but also their customer service is fantastic. We had a dedicated agent and Aidan was always great at replying to any queries I had throughout the booking process and once the holiday was booked and handled everything for me. I would definitely recommend

Andy at Charter Travel was amazing. He found us the perfect holiday with everything we needed. Even when our original villa became unavailable, he went over and above to find us one that we liked. Andy got us on a Virgin Atlantic flight, which he said was great for children and ordered the children’s meal for us He was very knowledgeable about the Orlando experience and helped secure the best holiday for us, despite my many phone calls and questions. Booking was easy and we are looking forward to our holiday next year. We would definitely recommend using Charter Travel and will be using them again in the future. Thanks again Andy.

We had a fantastic experience with Aidan at Charter in terms of organising our first trip to Disney World, Florida. Our quote was incredibly good value in terms of cost and Aidan helped us plan a holiday that was entirely tailored to our needs, scoping out different options based on our requirements. Charter have also been incredibly helpful along the way, supporting promptly when changes were needed to flights etc as well as answering any questions we had. Our holiday was perfect and we won’t hesitant to use Aidan and Charter when we book to go back again (which we definitely will be). Would highly recommend the services of Charter as an agency. I have just returned from a wonderful holiday to Florida.
Aiden helped with everything from quotes to booking, adding seat requests and special services.

We bought our Universal tickets from Charter Travel and due to a slight date change, we requested the tickets to be used over a slightly different period (2 day shift) but was made aware that it would be a £100 admin fee for the amendment.

We chose not to pay the fee as it seemed excessive and a little unfair, but we later discovered that the amendments could very easily be made via Universal app for FREE!

I get the they're a business and have to make money but if the fee were lower, it's more likely we would have paid Charter Travel to make amendments or they could of done right thing and told us it we could manage our tickets ourselves at no extra cost.

Charter Travel listen to what type of experience you want from your holiday. I have used them for three years to plan various holidays and they always select great hotels and come up with great ideas for family holiday holidays. Would thoroughly recommend.

I had the most amazing time on my holiday to Sri Lanka organised by Gerard at Charter Travel. I was met by my guide on arrival and he was super helpful and went above and beyond to give me a true Sri Lanka experience, including sampling local foods, fruit and masala tea.

I missed the annual Kumbal Perahera in Kandy as this falls around the 18th August each for five nights but visiting the temple of the tooth relic was amazing along with time in the temple caves and climbing the Lion Rock in Sigirya.

All hotels and itinerary were absolutely amazing and loved spending time in Nurwareliya and Ella. The Yara group of hotels really went above and beyond with welcome afternoon tea in Galle and the most wonderful food.

I definitely needed the Thaala beach stay in Bentota and the end to recharge and they gave me a Sri Lanka welcome with Kandy drummer and lighting of a candle- so thank you.

The holiday has reignited my desire to travel more and I would go back as the Sri Lanka as the people are just so welcoming and friendly.

We were looking to book 3 weeks in Orlando, Florida and saw Charter Travel recommended in some of the online Orlando groups. Peter dealt with my enquiries and was fantastic at helping me to shape my ideas into a holiday, offering excellent advice on resorts, express passes and car hire. Our quote genuinely felt too good to be true, coming in with better hotels and express passes at around £5k less than TUI and £2.5k less than Hays travel. Because of this, I have waited until after the holiday to write a review to ensure that everything was as it seemed! The holiday was fantastic and everything was as described- even the private transfers were really easy to use and had great communication before travelling so that we knew exactly where to go and when. Thank you Peter for all of your help. We will absolutely look to book future holidays through Charter Travel.

Thought I’d post the email I sent to Danny at Charter Travel - he arranged our holiday to Costa Rica, putting together flights, hotels and a brilliant itinerary, including ideas for trips. Also, he gave suggestions based on his previous experience e.g. internal connection flight from Tortuguero to La Fortuna (saved us hours not having a transfer by bus, fun too on a twelve seater plane!) Having your own guide when visiting the Hanging Bridges, Sloth Experience and Monteverde Cloud Forest - added so much to the visits with their enthusiasm and knowledge.

Just to say a huge thanks for arranging such a fantastic adventure/holiday for us.

Right from the start everything went seamlessly. Luggage handed over at Heathrow, ready and waiting for us when we arrived in Costa Rica (same on return journey). All transfers throughout our stay were on time. The various hotels and resorts were fantastic and the guides we had for our trips amazing, so knowledgeable.

Really appreciated having Alexandra as our contact, that little bit of reassurance confirming pick-up times and transfers.

Used Charter Travel a few times and always recommend to family and friends. Richard at Charter has been so helpful and patient with our requests. Quotes are always very good and the holidays are tailored to your exact needs. Don't bother looking anywhere else you won't beat them.

I used charter travel for the second time recently for a trip to Orlando. Richard provided great knowledge and prompt replies to every query I had whilst booking and any subsequent questions thereafter. Most correspondence is done via email however they are always available for chats over the phone whenever needed.
My first trip with Charter travel was in February to Sri Lanka. Gerard provided such in depth advice and invaluable first hand knowledge in order to give us a superb bespoke trip touring Sri Lanka for 2 weeks with our own guide/driver, staying in a range of hotels to meet the needs of the area such as safari, beach or city. We even managed to have 5 wonderful days in Maldives all adjusted to our budget.
They are extremely competitive with their pricing and can adjust to your budget without any pressures.
I would definitely recommend using Charter Travel and well done to the company for an excellent service.

Linda was an absolute star when booking our holiday. We had an idea that we wanted to do a Canada road trip, starting at Vancouver and ending in Calgary and we had date ideas. I then left it with Linda to weave her magic. She did especially well as we only gave her a few months to organise it before we travelled. She rang me up with ideas and we went from there. She was extremely friendly and professional and made me feel very confident in booking with Charter Travel. All of the arrangements were perfect, hotels were in great spots and just exactly what we needed. She sorted the flight and car hire too so all we had to do was turn up! I have already passed Linda’s detail on to friends who are considering a similar trip. I would definitely use Linda and Charter Travel for any future bookings.
