We booked a trip to Lancaster, PA on Oct.22-Oct. 24 through your service. The driver was excellent but the bus bathroom had the foulest odor on the entire trip. We experienced a problem with the door of the bus not staying shut and we had to take a belt and rig it to hold the door closed for the remainder of our trip back. The driver had to get off of the bus and go to the back to cut the heat on and off. It was not what we paid for and I think that the people you allow to put their buses on your website should be thoroughly investigated and make sure that the buses are in good working condition for the safety of the passengers. Also, we couldn't get the dvd to play on the television screens. The driver was very professional and patient and I dont think it was fair to her to have to deal with all of the issues that the bus had. We paid a decent amount of money to use a bus company through Charterup and I don't think we received what we paid for. We are a travel agency and we expect our customers to be satisfied and they were very disappointed and so was I and my partner.

We used this charter bus service for our daughter's wedding weekend, and they were absolutely outstanding! From start to finish, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. The buses were clean, comfortable, and arrived exactly on time, making transportation stress-free for our guests.

Having dependable transportation allowed us to focus on celebrating such a special day with family and friends. We highly recommend this company and would not hesitate to use them again. The bus was great. Both drivers were great. Ryan & Andy did a wonderful job. They were very helpful & exceeded all our wishes. It was a bit touchy at the beginning because we did not hear from anyone from the bus company till 10am the morning of our tour. We were supposed to hear by 7am. So it was a bit un-nerving at first but a home run in the end! Thank you Charter Up!

Charter bus was on time for our company event. We had several stops throughout the day and CharterUp was on time for each of the stops. The driver was polite and provided great service. Bus was clean and provided ample room for our 24 associates. We would definitely use them again.

Peter helped me set up the wedding guest shuttle pick ups, drop off and early departures times between hotel and wedding venue. Our driver Frank was fantastic and accommodating. Clean, comfortable seating.

Our driver arrived early for pick up, he drove safely, and was very pleasant. My guests loved that we had the real-time tracking for the whole day.
