I spoke to Monica and she was extremely helpful, very knowledgeable and attentive. Her attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction stood out! I would highly recommend Cin7 to anyone looking for fantastic service.

We emailed support for 1 week requesting a 2FA reset and it went around in circles so for wasted time, I rate the service 1 star.
The person who helped me on the Zoom call (Monica) I would rate 5 as she solved it in 10 seconds by just resetting my user ID 2FA.

First did not get any response on email. Later when I reached out again got helped soon.

Lightning fast response with a solution to the issue.
Cin7's help and response times has improved exponentially ove the past 5 years.

The software has been easy to use and navigate. I'm able to pull reporting easily and also check inventory levels quickly and accurately. The support for Cin7 has been wonderful. Quick response time and resolutions! Highly recommend for all your inventory needs!
