For the price, you get what you pay for. No Customer Service!
CIN7 lacks any sort of direct support. Their integrations are not compatible even though they claim they are - they have been "working on" our WooCommerce integration for a month and a half with no other response but "our backend team is working on it" or "we will give feedback in 24 hours" with no feedback after the day. On top of that, I have been waiting a month to receive a refund, and better yet, they continue to bill me! They lack the open API availability for my devs to look into the problem, and there is nobody to call to discuss a fix. For the cheap price, you really get what you pay for.
Also, their customer service team doesn't know what they are talking about. More specifically, Geethanjali and Shayanthi. In the screenshot below, I asked if I can manually reset my account to remove the integrations and she says yes... It removed ALL other data in my account BUT the integration and now I am even worse off...

All the reviews about poor technical support are correct, our support ticket was closed while the issue was unresolved, no SLA response time, no option to make a complaint, the change from DEAR to CIN7 so far is truly disappointing.

If you like being gaslit and lied to by a technical support team, this is the product for you.
I logged a support ticket for a mapping and duplication issue between Salesforce and Cin7. For literally 3 weeks, their support team lied to me about hearing from a support technician, ignored emails and then, after 3 weeks, finally replied and asked whether I was using Salesforce lightning or classic. Lightning is the absolute standard, and either way, is irrelevant as an API connection has no dependency on the UI.
truly the worst customer experience I've received in nearly 20 years of managing systems and technology. Avoid as hard as you can.
Been with CIN7 for over 2 years
Been with CIN7 for over 2 years. Everything looks great from the outside, but its full of bugs, inventory numbers change for no reason - phantom stock appears. We have had an open ticket for over 12 months as our inventory value suddenly had $80k less stock with no knowledge of where or why.
You cannot run a successful business with this software. RUN

Horrible software and equally horrible customer service. Their platform was always a little buggy but at least you used to have support to help you through it. March 2023 we experienced major flaws in the software not keeping inventory correctly (randomly adding and subtracting inventory causing us to sell items that were not available as well as sitting on stock that was marked out of stock by orderhive) and we reached out to support with no answer to numerous emails. They have since "sunsetted" the platform closing it in March 2024 (just enough time to keep annual subscriptions that signed up in March 2023 when their platform started to derail). Now they are refusing to refund subscriptions even though their platform is completely useless with even worse customer service, if that is at all possible. Stay away from all Cin7 products as they can not be trusted or held accountable!!! Shame on this company for being so shady!
Awful support
Great product - very flexible - good functionality and reporting. EDI/API very easy - just hope you don't need support. I have urgent tickets that are nearly a month old. Either there are not enough staff or they are not trained... either way I would avoid until this changes

Product not syncing and poor customer service
If you are using Etsy and shopify do not use this software as SKUs don’t sync. I had this issues for over 5 months and the support team hasn’t been able to resolve it. Customer service useless as they reply every 45 mins on the online chat

Non-existent customer service and no ability to resolve business halting issues
We are currently experiencing an issue with our 3PL integration. No orders will export to our 3PL completing halting all business transactions. The issue was raised with Cin7 support 5 days ago. Once I finally received a reply, the rep alerted me that they were having issues but our Cin7 was working fine (which was not the case). I have been following up continuously over the past days with still no resolution and only now Cin7 confirming it is a bug and they are working on it but still no ETA. The customer support is some of the worst I have ever received since turning off their phone support & I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere for your software solutions.
TERRIBLE SERVICE DO NOT USE - But decent WMS
To start, Cin7 Omni is a decent WMS and sales port for the price. There are a few bugs but nothing unsurmountable. The real problem is their service, it is so far beyond unprofessional I am looking for a new WMS. They will not respond, lie, gaslight you (once you actually get ahold of anyone in their company) They have very few engineers actually working on the project which makes me think their office is extreamly toxic. Cannot sugguest highly enough that you look elsewhere for your WMS services.

Cin7 Omni is quite possibly the ultimate inventory management solution for e-commerce. Regardless of your sales channel, whether it be your own Shopify, Woocommerce or Magento website, or a marketplace such as Amazon, eBay and Etsy, we're able to assign stock locations to a sales channel, configure fulfillment routings based on order location and even facilitate Automated POs for backorders and drop-shipping. If you're looking to expand your online sales presence but are unsure how to support it, Cin7 Omni is the first place you should look.
Horrible service and way too buggy for the price
A powerful product, but utterly dreadful customer service, riddled with bugs and the pricing model is punitive for small businesses. They lack focus as a company and try to do too many things without getting their core features working correctly and supporting existing clients

Very poor response to support cases
Very poor response to support cases. Recent case submitted 3 weeks ago and only recieved an automated response when teh case was first submitted.
Level up Cin7
The train is very poor for on-boarding new staff.
The engineering of the software is very poor in being able to connect with other softwares.
Trouble shooting problems within the software is difficult, no one really seems to know the answers and it takes a long time for answers, half the times it's left unresolved or you are left to solve it yourself.
None existent customer services
Customer services seems to have entirely given up!! I have sent 2 urgent request in as many weeks and have heard nothing back - not cool 😫

CIN7 is packed with great features that cover almost any need. Thanks to CIN7, our company is growing together, and our customers are also satisfied.
However, system stability is sometimes unstable, and feature updates seem to be quite slow. CIN7 is an incredibly valuable asset to our business, and we hope these issues can be resolved in the near future. Overall, CIN7 has been great for us! Highly recommend it.
RUN away from these theifs
They breached contract, didn't provide service. months later they charged our card for thousands of dollars after we closed our account. they are beyond bad you cant even get a hold of them via email or phone or chat. they hold your account hostage. you have been warned

When trying to get help, there is a lack of understanding and urgency. after asking 4 times for a demonstration of the full workflow of something, I ended up giving up. I then specifically asked for a particular person to contact me and I heard nothing. This isnt an isolated issue
