We have purchased two Circooter scooters in the last 2 years. My son has put more than 3,500kms on the Mate, it is still going strong! I have kept the mate as it is great for packing in the trunk and cruising around the town. My son has since upgraded to the Land Turbo it is a little larger but incredible on the off-road! The suspension is excellent no matter the terrain. Both scooters are incredibly tough! I would recommend Circooter for anyone that wants a reliable, well-built, and fun scooter that is backed by a great company. Will definitely purchase another.

I bought my very first E-scooter from Circooter, a Landturbo Pro. I could not be happier with it. The scooter has been fantastic, very sturdy, fast, and so fun to ride. The best part about the experience, however, has been the customer service. Every time I have ever had any sort of issue, I am almost always guaranteed to get a reply from the company within 24 hours. They are very helpful, always willing to give repair advice, etc. These guys deserve 6 stars if that was possible. Stay amazing!

I ordered 3 scooters at once for my family. Unfortunately, mine had issues from day one. Circooter responded immediately to my emails, helped diagnose the problem, sent replacement parts and when all else failed, they offered a full return. outstanding customer service! also, the other two scooters are doing great!

Their customer service is very helpful and good. We had an issue and they sent us a replacement part for free! I really recommend them.

Circooter is awesome!! Not only are the scooters amazing but their customer service is next level! We got 2 of the cruiser pro off road scooters, these things are top notch we get compliments every single time we take them outside! I corresponded with them through email and they have amazing customer service, fast replies and really wanted to guarantee I was happy as a customer and they succeeded! We will be returning customers for another scooter for our daughter soon enough! Highly recommend them to anybody looking for awesome scooters and high quality customer service!

Great service great product. Getting another scooter this year

The service and quality of the product I received was excellent. I noted my concerns to the agent who provided me a resolution that went above and beyond what I expected. The Landturbo Pro scooter continues to be my sole means of transportation to and from work. It's definitely dependable even in harsh Colorado conditions.

The help center responds fast and they are always working with the customer. The scooters they make are affordable and performs well too.

Amazing and awesome

I bought this scooter because of its good battery life, but it broke in less than a year. When I asked about the warranty, I was declined, even though I had read it before buying. I ended up spending more money on parts to fix it — but they sent me the wrong ones.

If you're planning to buy a scooter, make sure to read and compare the warranty carefully and check the materials used before deciding.

This company is serious and i agree 100% they build all circooter scooters with love and care very well built product I Have the original Mate from back in 2020 no complaints now i just purchased the new Cruiser Pro I weigh 230lbs so the dual motors will definitely help going up the steeper hills in the trails service is amazing thank you circooter !

In my case, I had a problem with the shipping company FedEx, but it had nothing to do with Circooter. They have excellent customer service. Once I filed a complaint about what happened, they resolved the situation within 24 hours. I'm very happy about that, and the product is a 10 out of 5. They have excellent quality. I'm very happy and I recommend them 100%.

Good scooter, but the Accelerator/finger paddles came loose and broke after 7-8 months.

My scooter arrived with an issue, but Mira went above and beyond to help me fix it! Her responses were lightning-fast and super helpful. I even learned a ton about the scooter during the process. In the end, I got a brand-new replacement for a very reasonable fee. Huge thanks to Mira for making this experience so positive

I recently bought the cruiser pro, had the raptor pro last year. A lot of minor issues I had with the raptor pro were improved in the cruiser pro, such as the lights not being fixed in place, the kickstand is not so small allowing to be used on more unstable surfaces. However the battery will lower power output the lower it gets. Meaning max speed output can only be used with 80-100% battery. On the raptor pro the power remained constant until you dropped below 20%. Despite this I am still quite happy with my scooter.
