iScooter has hands down the best customer service I have ever dealt with!!

My son received the i9m scooter for Christmas from his grandparents. About a month ago it started giving an error and he was unable to ride. It turns out that the brake lever went bad. We reached out to iScooter support and they emailed us a few things to try to see if it would clear the error. When all the tips they suggested didn't clear the error, iScooter wasted no time sending out a replacement lever as well as a replacement dashboard plate as it got damaged in our attempt to repair the scooter. Upon receiving the replacement lever we were able to get our son back on the road in no time!

iScooter customer service was very quick in their emails responses. They would respond within the same day, and if not very first thing in the morning. They went above and beyond not only to help us get our scooter repaired but also treated us with compassion and showed that they genuinely cared and wanted to help us find a solution.

I have already recommended iScooter to several friends who have been talking about getting a scooter because we have had such a POSITIVE experience.

I would like to start by sharing with you guys my personal experience dealing with costumer service. I had complications with getting my order corrected so sent a email. I thought to myself they are not going to respond but if so it will be some generated response. I was so wrong. They responded the next and the next. They far exceeded my expectations. They made sure my issues were resolved and I was satisfied. I am a Proud USMC Veteran and I am going to give you the Bottom Line about the ix7 Scooter. I love it. Bold built right out off the box. I love the look, the quality, the red & black in color, the ride and the price. I bought this to play around with my niece and nephew. I highly recommend.

I have had nothing but good experiences with this company.
I’ve now purchased from them six times; each time my shipment has arrived promptly with the exception of this last time.
My first order from them came damaged and they gave me a $100 refund for a dent in the scooter deck— i’m more than happy with that.
This last time my product seemed to get lost in shipment and they decided to send a replacement for me without much delay. Can’t complain.

Very helpful and fast at getting the problem I had resolved.

Bought a IK3 from I scooter for my son, great value for money. Had an issue with the front wheel, a crack on the plastic component. Could be from a accidental rough fall, I have contacted Isciii scooter team and they handled the situation very professionally and helped me to replace the front wheel with no cost placing my son's safety in priority. What a great customer service. Thanks team.

The DX5 is the best scooter I've had, unfortunately I had my first one stolen, but I immediately purchased another one because it was so good, reliable, and looks good! Customer service has been great as well!

Such an honest company, when i had a problem with delivery they contacted me and got its solved quicked than you could imagine and got it to me in 2 days, i ride it everywhere i go and the ix3 takes hills, bumps, roads, and pretty much any area you could think of like a breeze

Delivery was a bit bumpy, but the folks at iScooter did everything they could to make it right and guided me through different aspects of ownership on a product like this. I bought my first model from iscooter 2 years ago. It was ix3. I had a lot of fun with that scooter!
Now decided to upgrade to dx5 and currently I'm waiting for it to arrive.
In the process of purchasing new model I had a lot of questions and had to reach out to customer service multiple times.
Even tho I had no luck reaching their phone number I was able to resolve all the issues quickly over email.
They respond very quickly and are very customer oriented and friendly.
I highly recommend iscooter products!

My review right now is based on my online experience in regards to them getting back to me very quickly. I recently purchased the Ix7 as it was one sale and I needed more range. The scooter itself I cannot speak of as it is the dead of winter as I write this. Once I get it out on the road I will then be able to write a review on the scooter itself. I pray that everything works great. I have bad luck when it comes to getting something that works right. If there are 5 TV sets on the counter and I am told to go and pick one and put it on the cart I'll pick the lemon. But with this case I did not have to do that as it was delivered to me. I like the look and design of the I scooter. I have not seen any other brands that I like more than these ones. I had to buy some longer screws to put the mud flap on. The ones included would pop back out mostly the lower ones on each side. The mud flap was loose. I then went out and got longer screws with some nuts and put them in. I got the left side done fine but the right I could just put the screws through and only the nuts on the top as there is not much room to work with. The one on the bottom is there as it was originally intended to be. It is very snug now with no worries. I have to carry my scooter up and down a flight of stairs so I am going to start looking for some sort of strap that I could attach to the front and back of the scooter then around my neck to make it easier for me. It weighs about 67 pounds, about 15 more than my Ix3. So my final result of this is once I get it out in the field and take it for a good run. I am sure it will put a smile on my face this summer.
