Best customer service ever!!

iScooter has hands down the best customer service I have ever dealt with!!

My son received the i9m scooter for Christmas from his grandparents. About a month ago it started giving an error and he was unable to ride. It turns out that the brake lever went bad. We reached out to iScooter support and they emailed us a few things to try to see if it would clear the error. When all the tips they suggested didn't clear the error, iScooter wasted no time sending out a replacement lever as well as a replacement dashboard plate as it got damaged in our attempt to repair the scooter. Upon receiving the replacement lever we were able to get our son back on the road in no time!

iScooter customer service was very quick in their emails responses. They would respond within the same day, and if not very first thing in the morning. They went above and beyond not only to help us get our scooter repaired but also treated us with compassion and showed that they genuinely cared and wanted to help us find a solution.

I have already recommended iScooter to several friends who have been talking about getting a scooter because we have had such a POSITIVE experience.

Outstanding

I would like to start by sharing with you guys my personal experience dealing with costumer service. I had complications with getting my order corrected so sent a email. I thought to myself they are not going to respond but if so it will be some generated response. I was so wrong. They responded the next and the next. They far exceeded my expectations. They made sure my issues were resolved and I was satisfied. I am a Proud USMC Veteran and I am going to give you the Bottom Line about the ix7 Scooter. I love it. Bold built right out off the box. I love the look, the quality, the red & black in color, the ride and the price. I bought this to play around with my niece and nephew. I highly recommend. Update: I have been out riding my scooter for a day the only problem that bothers me is the beep when you reach top speed in whatever gear or drive mode you’re in. Great scooter.

Bought a IK3 from I scooter for my…

Bought a IK3 from I scooter for my son, great value for money. Had an issue with the front wheel, a crack on the plastic component. Could be from a accidental rough fall, I have contacted Isciii scooter team and they handled the situation very professionally and helped me to replace the front wheel with no cost placing my son's safety in priority. What a great customer service. Thanks team.

The DX5 is the best scooter I've had, unfortunately I had my first one stolen, but I immediately purchased another one because it was so good, reliable, and looks good! Customer service has been great as well!

After a bit rocky start with the iscooter customer service was able to solve the problem and fix it also while doing so they sent a cell phone holder as a good will jester to show that their customers mean alot to them and wwith the issue being resolved ASAP plus the kind bonus we are totally happy with their services

ISccoter Customer Support has Outstanding Team at their Disposal. I had a Problem in My Iscooter IX3 and Contacted me They Studied the Problem ...Send me the Part which had a Problem.. and Booom Problem Resolved.

My review here is based on recent…On line Experience

My review here is based on recent experience with the purchase of my ix7. It was on sale and a good sale so I could not pass this up. I bought directly from the company which I liked even better. I wanted more range than what my Ix3 could give. No more walking home now. I wished I would have seen this Ix7 first. It might not have been on the market then I don't know? It is ready to go on the road but with the record snow fall we have been having it will be another 8 weeks before this beast gets out on the road. At that time once I am happy with it, I will then write another review on just the scooter itself. They have got back to me on a daily basis and answered my questions. I have made a few small suggestions to them in regards to the mud flap and the length of the screws. I went out and bought longer ones and nuts and put them on. They credited my account for $80.00 which was great. Also they are sending me a water bottle and a phone holder. On my Ix3 they gave me a lock free of charge as I did not have one. They credited my account for an amount at this time I cannot recall as the tool kit did not have an Allen key to fit the rear wheel suspension. They paid for a rear wheel $129.99 no charge as I had a slow leak. They sold me a battery the original for $100.00 regular $300.00. So how can you fault a company that does this for its customers? Thats all us customers want is after the sale service. Finding a repair depot is something we have to do ourselves but hopefully that is years down the road. My Ix3 went almost a year and a half before needing a new battery. The battery itself is not hard to replace and I was surprised that I could do it. The changing of the rear wheel is another topic. That is a two man job. But all in all they have been great to me. We want a safe and dependable product that will last for years to come with parts in stock when we need them. Again in the summer I will write another review solely based on the performance of this unit, Ix7 as I have a hill to climb which will challenge it. If it can put a smile on my face at the top of the hill then I have made the right choice. I look after everything I buy and in doing so hope that it will extend the life of the unit. I don't drive 25 miles daily like some sort. I bought this for recreational purposes being retired. It is much easier on the knees too than riding a bike. I have found trails on my Ix3 that I never knew existed right here in my home town. I look forward to a great future with the Ix7. Rick

Front wheel seized after 2 weeks

Front wheel seized after 2 weeks! It's virtually impossible to talk to someone. Email only. They wanted photos of the scooter which is fine but even wanted photos of my son's injuries when he was thrown off. They offered $95 refund and an online video of wiring to try and fix the problem ourselves. What a joke. I held my ground for a replacement and they had the hide to want me to pay for postage ! So many back and forth emails, with iscooter support trying to intimidate and use scare tactics. I have forwarded all of them and lodged a complaint with the department of Fair Trading NSW.

Nicest support and products!

I Scooter has been great from the start. Any issues or questions are answered kindly and quickly to be resolved as soon as possible. I bought 1 and going to buy another and they're really helping me do that. Greatest products and I recommend I Scooter to anyone.

overall experience with iscooter

My overall experience with iscooter has been just amazing, they real go out of their was to make sure that you are satisfied and happy with your purchase. I had a couple of wheel nut covers that got broken in transit and a minor issue with the handle bar and this issue was resolved promptly and professionally. The technical staff at iscooter is just incredibly.

Just got my Ix3 scooter in Australia

Just got my Ix3 scooter in Australia! Delivery was so fast and efficient. Scooter can moooove baby ! And looks hot !
Also had to reach out to customer service and these guys are prompt . Gave me so much confidence and made me happy to see companies are still customer first ! Can’t thank you guys enough . But with confidence people .
