iScooter has hands down the best customer service I have ever dealt with!!

My son received the i9m scooter for Christmas from his grandparents. About a month ago it started giving an error and he was unable to ride. It turns out that the brake lever went bad. We reached out to iScooter support and they emailed us a few things to try to see if it would clear the error. When all the tips they suggested didn't clear the error, iScooter wasted no time sending out a replacement lever as well as a replacement dashboard plate as it got damaged in our attempt to repair the scooter. Upon receiving the replacement lever we were able to get our son back on the road in no time!

iScooter customer service was very quick in their emails responses. They would respond within the same day, and if not very first thing in the morning. They went above and beyond not only to help us get our scooter repaired but also treated us with compassion and showed that they genuinely cared and wanted to help us find a solution.

I have already recommended iScooter to several friends who have been talking about getting a scooter because we have had such a POSITIVE experience.

I have had a 5 star experience with Iscooter customer service. They were very helpful to get me some parts to repair my son's scooter and Expedited the delivery.

I made a small error on a missing part and customer service resolved it for me very quickly. I will definitely purchase from Iscooter again!

I would like to start by sharing with you guys my personal experience dealing with costumer service. I had complications with getting my order corrected so sent a email. I thought to myself they are not going to respond but if so it will be some generated response. I was so wrong. They responded the next and the next. They far exceeded my expectations. They made sure my issues were resolved and I was satisfied. I am a Proud USMC Veteran and I am going to give you the Bottom Line about the ix7 Scooter. I love it. Bold built right out off the box. I love the look, the quality, the red & black in color, the ride and the price. I bought this to play around with my niece and nephew. I appreciate you guys for keeping your word. Shout out to iscooter for leading the way.

The DX5 is the best scooter I've had, unfortunately I had my first one stolen, but I immediately purchased another one because it was so good, reliable, and looks good! Customer service has been great as well!

At first we were not happy due to the fact that the first iscooter did not work,it was purchased at the end of October for a Christmas present. The item was shipped in a timely manner and in good packaging, it was wrapped for christmas gift and put away till christmas once my son opened it up he was delighted to see a great looking scotter .we plugged it in for 8 hours then turned it on and the dash light up for maybe one second so we decided to charge it over night then once again we tried with the same results, called customer service on December 29 and sent many emails then we finally got somewhere (past the 30 day warranty due to time it was bought)and a new scooter was sent out after we sent the non functional one back,the new one works great it did right from day one.we are definitely pleased with the results from customer service as well as the new scooter.

Such an honest company, when i had a problem with delivery they contacted me and got its solved quicked than you could imagine and got it to me in 2 days, i ride it everywhere i go and the ix3 takes hills, bumps, roads, and pretty much any area you could think of like a breeze

I Contacted IScooter Customer Support and They Immediatly Responded and They Studied the Problem Thouroughly and Resolved my Issue Accordingly.

I ordered a new battery for my iscooter and received a faulty battery. They said there was no warranty on it. They do not back their products.

Great costumer services, the Iscooter came in with good condition, it goes the same speed as listed and is good for small rideouts, it has long lasting battery and it doesn’t take much time to fully charge, the Iscooter I9M is perfect.

Great customer service. Prompt response from their team! Was able to fix my scooter with the replacement part with ease!

Ordered scooter for Xmas. Had a battery issue within three months but customer service was great to solve issue within me

My 13 year old son purchased this to go to his friends last summer. He rode it for approximately 4 months and it stopped running. We worked through finding the cause with the company which went well. It ended up being the control module in the handle that had obvious corrosion on it. The iscooter told us it occasionally happens from the factory and they know about the issue. They told us they would send us a replacement part but that they were on back order. After approximately 6 weeks we emailed them for an update. They said they did not have the parts yet but could give us a 15% discount on a new scooter. This was obviously not what we wanted so we said we would wait until the part came in. We checked in several weeks later again and they told us they would not be able to replace the part and could only offer us the 15% discount. This was obviously unsatisfactory to us.
My son loved this scooter when it worked but I would not suggest buying it due to durability issues and lack of warranty/customer service. When troubleshooting the issue the were very responsive but obviously the company does not warranty their product despite what the website suggests.

I ordered two scooters for my kids’s birthdays, one box came in pretty bad shape. I could tell the damage was from the carrier, not the manufacturer. This resulted in some minor cosmetic damage to the scooter. I reached out and they were extremely helpful. They made sure the scooter worked the way it should, and gave me a refund to compensate for the cosmetic damages. Highly recommend!

Absolutely amazing customer service. Had a problem with a wheel and it was replaced straight away, easily and at no cost to me. Great company to deal with. 100% recommend.
