First off I live the scooter! It had a few issues! I contacted customer service, and I have never had such an experience like it before!

Bought 2 M60 bikes at Xmas. Put the first one together and was missing a bolt and the wheel reflectors. After several emails requesting proof of purchase/ date of purchase/ pictures of bike with missing parts I get an email saying they will not ship out the missing parts. It was not until I said I will leave a review that they decided to give me a small amount of $$ to offset the cost of me finding these parts on my own. Now the weather is starting to turn I decided it was time to charge the two bikes only to find out that one of the plugs are designed for European plug in, this does me no good in Canada. I will not even bother trying to get one from Isinwheel based on my last dealing with them. Cant rate the bike yet as I have not been able to ride it yet. Buyer beware !!!!
