The selection was immense, in fact almost too big as it was hard to decide which watch to buy. The filter criteria were helpful. The shipment was fast and well packaged. And the post-sales customer support response has been excellent. I would buy from citywatch.ca again. The only caution I would give is that this is NOT a Canadian site, despite the .ca URL. It is international in scope, My experience was good, but just be aware of where you are purchasing from.

I made a purchase and tried to cancel the order but as many other reviewers have mentioned, there is no reply. They were quick to process the order but now will not reply to me. Very shady and strange company.
They say send an email to them in all of their replies to negative reviews. I have not received any reply from this email address they have provided. This complaint will go to PayPal if no one resolves my issue. Terrible business - do not buy from this website. They have horrible customer service and no transparency. They also use generic responses for each negative review - pathetic. The BBB will be hearing about this.

SCAM website!
I ordered a Seiko Skx from citywatches.ca around two months ago. First it took for the delivery two months instead of two weeks how they write on their website (but I can excuse that because of the complicated covid situation). But then when the parcel finally arrived there was no watch in the parcel, just a little Seiko grantee booklet and that was it. This whole website is a complete scam and I recommend everyone to stay as far away as possible from that website! All the positive reviews are probably fake
edit: I contacted them at this email address explained to them the problem in detail, sent a lot of photos and after some time they just stopped responding and they ignoring me now. Their whole customer service doesn't try to solve any problem!

CityWatches is a great place to buy watches. I got two watches from them in the last two years - a Seiko and a Citizen. Both are authentic and are working well at a fraction of retail price. On my last purchase, which is a graduation gift for my daughter, I was away and didn't get the DHL pick up notice in time. The customer service kept following up with me. At the end they shipped me another brand new shipment.

I searched for awhile for a decent price for a watch ; Amazon, ebay, etc. It wasn't until I came across CityWatches website that my search was done .
