Let me start by stating, for everyone that complained that it shipped from Singapore and there is nothing on their website about it, is NOT a correct statement!
It clearly states under shipping that it ships from their Singapore Warehouse.
That being said, I purchased a watch March 25th, they say 7 to 10 day shipping and it actually didn't get "dispatched overseas" until April 13th, since then Canada Post is still waiting for the package, my tracking hasn't moved at all, I sent them an email last night, still have yet to get a response. I understand that due to covid-19 shipping is going to be delayed I'm still hoping my watch shows up. Will change my rating if it does, fingers crossed
UPDATE:
I contacted them May 13th see if my package had even left Singapore yet and received this response back:

We have raised enquiry with courier service once we received the
update from them and we will let you know.

Due to the continued global epidemic of COVID-19, the shortage of
international air freights and constrained overseas postal / courier
services will result in delay of shipments and delivery.
UPDATE: my latest email response was a week and a half ago which states:
Sorry for the inconvenience.

We are still working with our seniors once we receive any response we
will update you.

Please be assured it will reach you.

UPDATE:
It's now June 23rd and it has finally arrived!! In original packaging ( undamaged) with tags, looks beautiful, and runs perfect. Thanks city watches! Will purchase from them again, just not during a pandemic, hahaha!!!! As promised I have bumped my 1 star rating to 5 stars, yes their comunication could be better but delivery issues was not their fault or could they have foreseen the issues that everyone is having. Everyone that is still waiting, be patient, it will be worth the wait!

Please see the below reviews about not receiving watches and being given a 7-10 day delivery window - many people have been waiting over a month now - as well as this not being a Canadian company but ships from Singapore. This review is specifically about there customer service.

No matter how many questions or concerns, they will send copy and paste messages saying they are working on it. No offer of actual help. Most awful is that they will delete your comments on any platform they can - Instagram, Facebook, etc. Rather than give good customer service, they simply delete posts. I am posting this here because at least they will not be able to delete it.

A shameful company in all ways. So many of us waiting for watches that will never come, no refunds given. They seem to be out to take your money and nothing else.

Ordered 2 watches and charged my credit card. Got an email back that the order was canceled as they could not find them. No refund and no response to my emails regarding my refund. Have to contact credit card company as fraudulent merchant. Follow up...card company got my refund from them after a dispute was filed. Not a canadian company. Why is it that all the testimonials on their site are 4 & 5 stars. Something up with that. They should spend some of their time serving customers and answering emails rather than following these review sites then maybe they will get better reviews. You cannot leave a review on their site so glad there is trust pilot to help others.

No watch still after over a month, tracking order number shows no movement at all. Ordered a watch on March 30th. 2020
We are now May 8th!
I to have received an email or 2 from Sally but "she"is now ignoring my emails. This site should be shut down.
I thought it was going to ship from Canada as well because the site is hugely mis represented
Also, had to jump through hoops just to get confirmation that my order existed but of course the money left my account immediately.
I will change my rating a bit if we ever receive a watch. .

Watches ordered on April, 22 2020. After numerous attempts to contact them, they sent me a "tracking number"
Needless to say, that at this time I new there was something wrong...

While I was very sceptical, the watch finally arrived and packaged very well.
I am blown away about how Covid-19 shutdown affected shipping and life in general. So to be fair, I am updating my rating.

Great purchase of a nice Citizen watch on sale. The shipment from Singapore to Canada is fast, via SingPost (CanadaPost inside Canada). It is an authentic watch with a 1yr manufacture warranty. Recommended.

I had been looking for another Tissot T-Race watch for a while on line and Citywatches had the best price by far. Ive been burend by jomashop and other for duties/customs several times but I was very impressed to see my new Tissot arrive fee free. My only surprise during the entire process was when the watch arrived, it was not in the original Tissot packaging. Tissot always has a nice black and red box with a book inside that outlines the company history. The T Race I received came in a small box with foam packaging (well packed and damage free) but it was just the lack of that presentation of a new watch from a Swiss maker that kind of lacked. In the end, the watch is legit and arrived in perfect condition but I am just curious as to why the original packaging was not apart of the purchase. I am looking to purchase an Oris Aquis and I would like to know if those come with all the original materials.

Overall a great experience. A watch I'd been looking for at a good price. It arrived as per the promised delivery date. I'll be shopping there again.

I really loved my purchase. It has the original Seiko box, package was more than secure enough in the mail. The watch I picked up is a beautiful purchase already ticking. The only problem is it would be best to be up front about exactly what to expect as a buyer and where the packet is coming from. I'm almost certain my Seiko was crafted and shipped directly from Singapore. The shipping was particularly slow however if it came directly from Singapore then the shipping was probably quite fast for the distance. It is also important to note to customers if this watch was made in Singapore it seems to have an alternate language of Malay on the watch settings. I would of liked to know that before purchasing. Another Pro, I would think that this particular watch would of had customs charges due on top of the price point I got. Maybe, maybe not. It slipped through the cracks maybe so I got a good price on my purchase

Ordering was very easy and I was very pleased to receive my timepiece earlier than the expected delivery. Moreover, shipping was absolutely free!
I got my hands on the watch and it came in pristine condition with all the tags and even the protective plastic. I am very impressed and will surely purchase a lot more from City Watches. Thank you so much!
