Good watch, very reasonably priced for a perpetual calendar with multi functional dials

The process was easy.
I found the watch I wanted through a google search. City watches came up as something to click on.
I was a first time customer, but I would shop with this website again.

Watches are authentic, however they come with fraudulent papers and a blank box. The customer service is also terrible, in that they will not reply to your email most of the time. They will not tell you the tracking number for you order. Still good deals on the watches but you have to watch your mailbox everyday to see when it is delivered.
Don’t recommend spending large amounts of money here as it’s pretty risky that the package may not come or it may be stolen off your front porch, because the packages do not require signature.

Overall great experience with this site. All the products I got were delivered successfully. Thanks city watches.

I was not seriously looking for a watch until i came across the Seiko Presage Zen garden. When i finally decided to purchase one the next step was finding a reliable seller mainly based in Canada. I came across City Watches offering discounted timepieces. I was able to find the watch on City's website but was hesitant.....since i always buy from Amazon. I went ahead with the purchase from City Watches but i did find out later that the watches are shipped out from Singapore and that concerned me a bit....maybe i have to pay extra on duty? I was always in contact with City's customer service and they assured me every time that it was on its way. Four weeks later my Timepiece arrived as promised and it looks amazing and best part no extra duty applied. What you see on their website is what you pay. I'am very happy with my new timepiece and City Watches. I will go back.....they even give a discount to repeat customers.

Bought a terrific Citizen Eco-Drive Avion, arrived to Canada in under 2 weeks.

This is the 2nd watch I've bought from CityWatches (also a Seiko) and both have been exactly as expected, and arrived fast! Can't beat the prices anywhere!

So, I am going to change my rating for this website because I just recieved my watch and it's amazing, very happy with it. Absolutely no issues with the packing, box, etc. I recommend this website but just be aware that shipping may take longer than expected. I placed the order on Jan 14th and received it on Jan 30th.

The site says you will receive your order within 7 to 10 days via Canada Post. It's been 10 business days for me and I still haven't received anything. Not even a tracking number. I emailed customer service about it and Sally was the person that replied back. She provided me with a SingPost tracking number that only said that the order has been completed. She also told me the watch will reach me soon. Like what the hell. It was the most generic reply ever.

Got my watch in good time, given the holiday season. Happy to recommend citywatches.ca as an honest, reliable business.

CityWatches.ca appears to be a fraudulent company. They present themselves as a Canadian retailer ("Canada's online store for wrist watches") with prices quoted in Canadian dollars, when in fact they ship from Singapore and their products are subject to import duties. I made the mistake of ordering a watch from them. They sent the wrong product, which I returned to their New Jersey address. Since then they have failed to answer messages on when and if they will provide the product I ordered and paid for. I am seeking a full refund through VISA. Beware of this website!

Was unsure of using City Watches at first since I was unfamiliar with their business; however, I found a Seiko on their website which was a great deal so I ended up purchasing it.

They said it would take 7-10 business days and that promise held up despite my order being completed in December. I was able to track it during its shipment despite it going through two different logistic services.

I am very happy with my watch and will be using them again in the future.

I placed my order for a ladies Seiko watch around December 12 and received it December 31! Considering the holidays and delays with bad weather the delivery was pretty good ! My watch came well packed and is beautiful . I was concerned at 1 point because I had not received a tracking number so I emailed them and they responded the next day with one. I would definitely use this company again ! Very happy with delivery, costumer service , and my purchase.

My watch never arrived. 350$ down the drain and no response from the company. They stole my money! No tracking number or anything. No watch after a month since order. Run! I have to reach out to my credit card company now, claiming fraud. Will also be contacting the better business bureau. I wish I found this review site earlier. I would have never ordered from them, this is a constant pattern, ridiculous.

Received my watch by mail in a timely fashion. Excellent price for a superb Swiss watch.

Choice of product is great. Execution and customer service leaves a lot to be desired.
Watch was ordered on Dec 10th,Dec 11th I received an email stating the item has shipped with no further contact them. Dec 18th i requested a tracking number for said item. Dec 19th I received reply stating my item that was paid for a week early has now just shipped. Im still waiting for a reason why?? Item still has yet to be deliver ed. I personally will never never order from Citywatches again. Lesson learned on my part.

Great price and nicely packaged. Came by Canada Post so none of the usual outrageous add-on prices the courier companies charge. The company is quite transparent that watches are shipped from Singapore so we were prepared for potential delays since they are coming by post. Arrived the day after Christmas but my son loved the watch and really didn't care. I had absolutely no trouble with communication and I got a tracking number when I asked. definitely order from them again.
