Watches were as described and pretty good value. Processing took 12 days, delivery took 24 days total. 12 days processing is too long. Also, citywatches.ca implies that the company is Canadian. I wouldn't have ordered had I looked on their FAQ to see they ship out of Singapore.

The shipping from this company is never on time, order twice now as a gift, and the first order took 3 weeks. The product arrives with damaged boxes as they are not properly packaged. There is not care with this company.
I gave it a second chance, it is not worth the savings.

***UPDATE, Citywatches has responded to my post with same repetitive response she has for probably every annoyed customer... She left out the fact that if I want to return the product I will inccur all shipping costs. Also before apologizing Sally, you may want to make a note on your website that there are no shipping options and that an order will take 5 -7 business day to be poorly packaged for shipping before sending a shipping status of "shipped" the day after being placed...

(This is my second order from CityWatches.ca, I always like to give companies a second chance).

December 6th, status from Citywatches.ca stated "shipped" with no tracking number. When I questioned the order 15 days later. Sally sent me a tracking number, when tracking with Singnapore Post, showed the order was not shipped until Dec 13th (7 days after I received a notice that it was shipped).
Once again, I will suggest not dealing with this company or Sally... it's really not that great of a deal, any watch store will provide the same pricing as I ended up buying the watch for less at a local store since it was to be a Christmas present. I still have not received the package... it is scheduled to arrive Jan 3rd now. CityWatches.ca me represents as a Canadian website...

****Received the package today, not in original packaging. Hamilton and a Tissot watch both packaged in a red and red box that is not original from manufacturers. Complete Fraud.****

Placed my order on December 1 and received an email December 9 saying it was shipped with not shipping information. It's the 19th today and still not received. No way of tracking and no response to my email. Since this was a Christmas gift, if I do not have it by the 23rd, I will be contacting my credit card company to dispute the charge

** edited to add** They did email me back with a tracking number. It shows that my order was shipped on the 13th, not the 9th like their email said. It shows that it left Singapore and, of course, nothing further.

Happy with the service. I was a little worried for a brief period as the watch hadn't shown up in the expected time frame and it was my first time buying from CityWatches. I ordered the watch cyber monday and received it Dec. 23. Not terrible in my opinion but I was told and was expecting 7-10 days. I live in Vancouver, BC and did not have to pay any additional fee's which was a nice surprise. I was expecting to pay duty or some sort of import fee. The watch was even more beautiful than I had expected and was set to my local time which was a nice touch. The packaging was adequate. Mine had no damage to outside box. After voicing my concern about the delay and a hiccup in the tracking number not working for several days my emails were answered next day every time. I will purchase again from CityWatches.ca.

Good prices nice selection

I ordered a watch from them on Black Friday November 29th. I got an email December 3rd it had been shipped and I should receive tracking information soon. December 6th I received an email that my order had been cancelled and I been refunded my money. I sent an email asking ``what is going on with my order? Why did it get refunded after it had already shipped?" I finally got an email back December 11th that they didn't have it in stock and refunded the money. I was super impressed that they could cancel an order after it had already been shipped! Do they Star Trek transport it off the plane? If they can do that why don't they just send it that way??? Anyway, basically a big screw around and they have no problem lying to their customers.Messed up the Christmas present I wanted to get for someone. If this is the kind of customer service you want go for it but they really suck to me. Also, I think most of these positive reviews are fake as so many read the same. Buy in North America at least instead!

Worth of waiting is all I want to say

The company advertised as "Canadian" company with warehouse in Singapore. Very misleading. There is nothing Canadian about them. All the support operation is run oversea. really no different than rolling the dice and order from the 1,000s of the similar generic chinese company online.

I ordered two G-shock from them on Nov 4th, got an email from them on 5th saying order "complete". Nothing else was provided- no tracking nothing.
Upon following up on Nov 12th, the vendor claimed it's shipped and finally provided tracking. The tracking detail shows they did not drop off the "product" until Nov 14th for shipment.

Fast track to Dec 5th- still no watches. The tracking number shows the product arrived Canada but who knows what was shipped? Followed up with them but keep getting the run around saying it's shipped. NO SUPPORT. Misleading company run out of ASIA. Save your hard earn money and buy somewhere else.

Just got my Seiko today. I am very happy with the watch I ordered. The price was quite reasonable. When I contacted Support, I got a response right away. I will definitely be ordering from CityWatches.ca again.

I believe the watch was shipped from Singapore. I used regular post and it took 10 business days for my watch to arrive in Toronto.

Watched arrived after a few weeks. Very communicative and organized.

Great product and happy with the delivery service. Took a couple of tries to get a complete order since item was always sold out. But i am happy with the watch

Excellent - My new beautiful women’s Seiko arrived yesterday. Works perfectly, even better quality than I expected for and amazing price. Took about 2 weeks to get to a small town in Canada from Singapore.

I found City Watches easy to deal with. The watch I ordered arrived in less than a week, was in new condition, and was exactly as advertised. This is all I can ask of any company. I was surprised to see that the watch originated in Singapore - as there was no mention of this on the web-site. There was an error in transcribing my address which delayed delivery by 24 hours, but City Watches quickly sorted it out. I will be ordering from them again.

My observations...
The watch I received is the exact watch I ordered.
Does not say on the web site that this watch will be shipped from Singapore so after I ordered and then learned this I was really worried I might be getting scammed but all was ok.
It took nearly 2 weeks to receive the watch, which added to my worries.
The Tissot box was not labeled???
Packaging could have used some bubble wrap since shipper seam to kick the package from 1/2 way around the world.

Good selection, good shipping time.

I am a returning customer and again very pleased with my purchase experience with CityWaches. I am in Canada and the shipping is very fast. My Seiko Turtle arrived within a week and in excellent condition. I would order again and highly recommend CityWaches if you are looking for a reputable seller online.
