Lesson learned - I'm left on my own with the non-working watch
I bought a Seiko SNK807 (this was made in China).
Not working out of the box.
After much hassle and attempts, they made clear that:
1) There's no warranty as the watch is bought OUTSIDE of Canada
2) If I want to return the watch, I have to pay from my pocket, to return it to a suspicious address OUTSIDE of Canada.
So if you want peace of mind, buy from a known seller, as Amazon for example. They will accept your returns hassle free. If it's a bit more expensive, think of it as insurance in case you get a lemon.

Great value, need to be diligent on shipping.
Great value for money, however it is shipped from Singapore, you will need to reach out to them for additional tracking numbers for Singapore post. Took about 12 days or so to arrive. Otherwise watch looks great. Sometimes a better price than Amazon, but not always. Would buy from them again.

This was my first time ordering with CityWatches.ca. I was a bit concerned because the shipping was a bit odd. I did not receive any real tracking information, and then the package just suddenly arrived! It took 2 weeks to get to Ontario. Both watches were very well packaged and in perfect condition. I'll be ordering with CityWatches again.

Great customer service and fast shipping
Thank you, the SNA411 is difficult to find and you had it for such a great price.
Everything was included from the manuals to the signed warranty card. Looks great and feels great. Ships from Singapore but arrived in Canada in about 8 business days.

Terrible Service
I ordered an Orient Bambinio Version 2 watch from citywatches.ca. Upon recieving the watch, there was a defect where the watch did not hold a charge. Orient would not service the watch for me because citywatches.ca is not an authorized dealer. So I reached out to citywatches, and they asked me to send the watch back to their shop in Singapore where I had to pay $60 from my pocket for shipping. Weeks went by and all I got from them was an email saying that the watch is in the shop and being repaired. They mentioned that if it takes over 12 weeks that they will process a full refund. After 15 weeks of no replies, they finally replied and refunded the money for the watch, but only refunded $15 for the shipping, so I lost $45 and wasted my time in this whole process.
So I advice anyone considering to buy a watch from citywatches.ca to pay the extra money and get your watch from an authorized dealer. You're going to end up spending even more if your watch has a defect, which is very likely!

After sales customer service is somewhat lacking.
The product itself is great but it took 12 days to receive the package. Daily follow-ups, after day 9, resulted in vague responses and no commitment other than "it was shipped". I knew it had been shipped, what I wanted to know is if it would arrive by the day I needed it.
After market service could use some improvement.
