Kevin not only helped me with a difficult situation, he by far is the best customer service rep I've ever spoken to. You have a wonderful employee in that man. I'm sorry I talked his ear off though. Lol

So recently my bank account was compromise I called the company to explained what happened and how my funds are frozen for about 15 days. The representative pretty much told me o well have a family member pay for it, or we will charge you a late fee. Very insensitive I will not recommend them at all.

No complaints so far hopefully the course that I got the loan for is a real deal but so far everything has been smooth

River did an amazing job helping me out today. My checking account was sadly hacked and my debt card on file was no longer valid. He helped me remove that card and update my new one. He answered all my questions and was very nice.

She tried everything she could to help me even with me being snappy thats good customer service 🙂
