Pretty streamlined process overall. Haven't had any issues, and Jack was well informed and helpful in making sure I knew everything I needed.

I have never recieved a call after setting up a loan to confirm details. It is nice to have the loan details discussed again to make sure everything was understood. Rachel was very informative and helpful. She explained the promotional financing of the loan and the expectations of payments. She also helped me sign up for the website and explained how to track the loan and upcoming payments from the site.

Eunice was very helpful. She handled my problem very quickly & efficiently. She explained everything clearly. All done very quickly.

ClarityPay contacted me to verify some information. The person I spoke with was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Besides checking that their service was good, they also asked how the service was from the provider that sold me my service. It was nice to know they vetted for their clients also.

The agent was very helpful. Was patient to answer all my question and give me all the info I needed to be comfortable moving through things I had never done before. I only have one thing that was a little difficult...he talked very fast and that made it a little hard to have space enough to process what he was saying before moving on to the next part. No terribly big problem just that it was at times hard to catch up with new info. I do appreciate all he did to help me and I came away with complete understanding of everything. So I was grateful and totally satisfied with the conversation.
