Clicks has come to the rescue for all of us who cannot stand an on-screen keyboard. When my Blackberry finally went down, I experienced months of total frustration retyping words on a screen. When Clicks offered a real keyboard, I bought a Motorola Razr Plus 2024 phone and a Clicks keyboard. Problem solved! Soon I am going all the way with the new Communicator phone coming from Clicks. It looks like a phone made for business, not for time-wasting social media (but it can do that too). Thank you, Clicks!

The reservation process was very smooth and easy. I received confirmation immediately and the communication has been professional and clear so far. Looking forward to receiving the device!

I was excited to learn of this new Clicks phone. Exactly to my design after years of happy use of the Blackberry Passport with my big square fingers I have waited for a replacement. With these news letters the wait is informed and happy.

My Clicks keyboard case for the iPhone 16 Pro broke after only around three weeks of completely normal use.

To be absolutely clear: I never dropped it, never subjected it to any impact, and never misused it in any way. I simply used it normally and carried it in my jacket pocket. The front of the case still looks virtually brand new.

Nevertheless, the rear part of the case suddenly became loose from one moment to the next, and I was left with two separate parts of what should be one case. In my opinion, this clearly points to a serious material or manufacturing defect.

What makes this even worse is the customer support experience. After several attempts to get a response, the first proper reply I received claimed that the damage was “consistent with impact damage” and therefore not covered under warranty. Based on that assumption, Clicks refused any refund or warranty replacement.

I find this absolutely unacceptable. A premium-priced product should not fail after three weeks of normal use, and it is even more frustrating to have warranty coverage denied by simply claiming “impact damage” when the case was never dropped and shows no corresponding signs of misuse.

Very disappointing product quality and even more disappointing customer support.

I'm from Germany and my experience with this company and their product has been great so far! The keyboard is reasonably priced and the quality is great, the support is very friendly and they helped me right away by replacing a damaged part for free! I'm already planning to buy more of their products in the near future.

I’m happy and proud that their are people like the Clicks Team who are not afraid to repave a road that was thought to be ancient history, which it’s definitely NOT! Thanks and keep up the great work, and i promise i will be your ambassador where I live.

Clicks do take their customers seriously. Their response is heart warming and fill confidence. I look forward to having the product which I anticipate to be better in quality.

I haven't gotten the product yet, but the customer service response is unreal. I don't think I've ever had a faster, more informative or helpful response from a company.

The Clicks Communicator is going to be an awesome device. Finally, a modern BlackBerry-like phone that so many of us have been waiting for. The physical keyboard brings back the productivity and typing experience that current smartphones are missing, while still keeping modern smartphone features. I've been in tech industry for over 25 years.

I have never in my life seen a company that responds as quickly, with actual real answers from an actual real person, and not hiding behind corporate policies or any other thing.

I asked some very detailed questions that multiple AI platforms told me there was no way I was going to get an answer. That company never gives that type of information out. It was a security based question, and they not only answered me, but when I asked for clarification, they were more than happy to clarify.

I seriously cannot wait to get my devices!

Hell Yeah Brother!! The latest update has me fired up! We now have a timeline. Every question I had prior, mostly timeline, was answered in that 1 email update! I've been amped for the Clicks Communicator since they were first announced! Knew I had to pre-order! Genuinely can't wait for the for my Communicator! Got a feeling I'll love it more than I did my Blackberry Priv! Thanks for responding to my actual email reply the update email. Seems to be great customer communication and service!

The Clicks team has been responsive and helpful throughout my journey. I recently acquired the Clicks Keyboard Case for my Moto Razr+ phone. It shipped with a concise and helpful quick start guide, followed by bite-sized daily email tips and tricks that greatly enhance an already great experience.
The physical keys resonate with an almost-forgotten sense of comfort and purpose. Keyboard Case is loaded with thoughtfully installed keyboard shortcuts, and tools to create more to meet my particular needs. Well designed, beautifully executed, and purpose driven.
I look forward to Power Keyboard and Communicator later this year, to see the keyboard case concept taken to new heights.

I have had clicks keyboard for my pixel 9 pro since they were released. It has made my life with my phone so much better. I can not recommend it enough, especially for people who are writing long emails on there phone.

I want to take a few moments to express my gratitude. I have had 2 technical problems, both ended up being user error, the Clicks support team help me quickly and never made me fell incompetent for the issues I was having. The support from Clicks has been outstanding. When the time comes for me to upgrade my RAZR I hope Clicks is still around and making the best accessory for my RAZR.

Still waiting for my keyboard, support does reply to emails but give no time lines or delivery expectations. Have check and they see to be a real company but delivering the product is shockingly inadequate

The process was as clean and seamless as you would want it to be. In and out of checkout in 5-7 mins max.

I’m so happy with my purchase! My dream has finally come true: my phone has basically turned into a mini-Blackberry! (Motorola RAZR 2025 foldable).
The quality is truly excellent. The keys are very responsive and installation was a breeze. It looks amazing! Wow! You definitely won’t go unnoticed with this! I absolutely love it.
Customer service was also incredibly helpful. I had trouble finding my package (the delivery driver left it in an unusual spot), and they were so kind and supportive throughout the whole process. I really appreciate their patience with me.
(Pro tip: If they don't reply instantly, just be patient—they can get busy, but they definitely care!).
