We’re sorry to hear you’re frustrated, and we want to clarify the situation. Your purchase was a pre-order, clearly noted at checkout, with an estimated shipping window of January. We are still well within that timeline, and orders for this model are currently being sent out.

When you informed our team that you would be filing a chargeback with your bank, we proactively cancelled the order and issued a full refund. We don’t proceed with active orders once a chargeback is initiated, as this creates complications for both parties.

Christina from Clicks Was Exceptional

Regarding the service response time... phenomenal.

Christina, my support specialist, did something very unique in my experience these days. The email summary was efficient and provided clarity. This was given after I stated what I was seeking help with. Phenomenal.

With minimal challenge, she was able to identify and assist.

Lastly, when I mentioned my next step most likely will be to check in a month or so to inquire the date for the shipment of my forthcoming item, she replied and mentioned no need to reach out. She'll follow-up.

Now, I'll be impressed if this happens. This seems to be so counter to what most companies these days are doing (establishing even a basic relationship and allowing a specialist to follow-up with a customer).

I have high hopes for this brand and this type of service exemplified by Christina is setting a high bar. Thank you, Christina! Thank you, Clicks!

Clicks is refusing to ship to Estonia

I discovered this amazing keyboard to remind me of my "BB" years at CES

However, Clicks is refusing to ship to Estonia by sheer laziness

When prompted, the customer support (in reality, an AI bot) gives the terrible pretext of logistical factors, when they are already shipping to Finland, Latvia and Lithuania, countries that sandwich Estonia, and we are all in the European Union (and the customs are even more complicated in these countries)

I recommend to give your business to other countries that treat potential customers better

Absolutely terrible customer service. Wish I knew about this before purchasing. They take days to reply to anything and when you do get a reply, it is from an AI chatbot. I've had an absolutely terrible experience with these guys.

The product is niche. But for us guys who crave for the old blackberry days these guys really understand us. They have great ideas that bring back the physicality in our communicators. Hope they can keep up the passion in this niche economy

Great keyboard and great customer service

I want to say that my experience with Clicks has been more than satisfactory.

I ordered a keyboard in early December. There was a problem with the delivery (not Clicks' fault), and after contacting customer service, they immediately sent me another keyboard via express delivery.

I finally received my keyboard within a few days, and I am very happy with my purchase.

As an early Blackberry user, I had been using a Blackberry Key One for eight years, which had become practically unusable.

Now, thanks to my Clicks keyboard, I'm rediscovering the joys of a physical keyboard. I'm French, and I couldn't find any phones with a physical Azerty keyboard, my only option was Clicks, and I'm very glad I found them.

I don't understand the negative reviews, especially regarding customer service, because they have always been responsive and helpful with me.

Therefore, I highly recommend their products without hesitation.

Many thanks to Clicks and I hope to keep my keyboard for as long as possible.

Support person is actually AI (not labelled as bot)

Requested cancellation of my order by contacting support, and was told by Christina that it has been passed on to the team, and that I would get an email once the refund was processed. Purchased another case elsewhere assuming the cancellation was done.

However, to my surprise, the Clicks order was sent the next day regardless. I was told sorry, just return it once received.

Once I requested the return label after receiving, I was told they don’t supply labels and that the person who initially replied to me was actually an AI that couldn’t cancel orders, hence why the order was sent out before an actual person reviewed the request.

Not cool clicks.

Very disappointing experience

I had multiple bugs that I discovered in the software so I contacted helpDesk including screen recordings and they ignored my information. I basically did not like using the keyboard so I requested return of the product and a refund because it was within the 30 day period they initially accepted this request and said that they would be referring the ref refund request to another team who would be in contact with me to provide delivery and return instructions. Of course that never happened and I am still waiting for instructions on how to return the product, even though I have reminded them two times. I feel as if they are hoping that I will forget that I paid $200 for a product that I don’t want and which I’ve asked to have returned in accordance with their advertised return policy.

Very happy with the customer service of Clicks. The keyboard is great. I have had a couple of issues, and customer service has resolved them.

I work in IT at a local hospital and used the iPhone 16 Pro Clicks case; it became an invaluable part of my work flow and since upgrading to the iPhone 17 Pro, I preordered the new version! I'm excited but also going through withdrawals without my Clicks Case!

Great customer service.

I needed a replacement for the top of my Motorola Razr case. The email reply from Christina at customer service was immediate and the replacement order was incredibly fast and easy -- and free. I have not had such a quick, professional, polite and satisfying customer service experience in some time. It is the opposite direction of what we all usually are experiencing nowadays. Can Clicks please run the planet?
