Great price for chairs even better service
We ordered 4 chairs for our table in the summer room they came next which was impressive however upon assembling them 2 were a slightly different shade anyway we messaged Clipop they asked for a picture duly sent received an email immediately your replacement chairs are on the way chairs received 3 days later for the price the chairs are great however the service was just fantastic

I was disappointed upon opening that the frame of mirror was damaged. Probably happened in transit.
Putting together was ok but be sure to study instructions.
My daughter was very happy overall with the quality & appearance .

Brilliant company and great after care!
Brilliant company. Had never purchased from them before, however, I would encourage all to buy from them because of their fantastic customer service!
I purchased a vanity unit and I had a small issue. I emailed and they sorted it straight away.

When you first contacted us about the damaged item, we responded immediately and asked if you could kindly provide some photos of the damage so we could assist you further (e.g., by offering a replacement or refund). Unfortunately, we did not receive any reply or photos from you after that.

Excellent after sales service
The product i ordered was delivered in 2 separate boxes due to the physical size of the piece ordered. Sadly upon arrival, while unpacking box 2 of 2, it was clear that several of the pieces within were severely damaged.
However, after getting in touch with customer services via email, I had a reply within a day, and after sending images of the broken parts, it was agreed to send me a replacement box 2.
This was dispatched quickly and recieved within q working day.
The customer service ive received was superb, and im very happy with the final product too which is good quality.
Ill certainly use Clipop again for furniture.
