Absolutely love my furniture

Absolutely love my furniture, was sceptical at the time due to the price being so cheap compared to other places but couldn’t be happier! Such good quality, would definitely recommend.

Bar stools

Love my new barstools was getting fed of gas lifted stills breaking so wanted something sturdy good value and looks lovely in my kitchen

Delivered damaged

Delivered damaged. Provided with a refund but refused to collect damaged item. Now left with two large boxes to dispose of which I will have to pay for. Will be reporting under Consumer Rights Act for return costs and damages

I completely understand your frustration. However, I would like to kindly explain our situation: we have already issued a full refund for the damaged item as soon as the issue was reported. Unfortunately, due to our current logistics limitations, we are unable to arrange collection of the damaged parcel from your location.

We truly wish we could do more, but we hope you can understand that this is not something we can facilitate on our end at this time.

Dent in chair Leg

One chair came with a huge dent in the leg. Other chairs had marks.

Disappointing

Slight marks/ damage to a couple of panels. Cabinet door issue - a slot to attach the hinge hadn't been cut deep enough. I had to cut it to the correct depth myself. Most people would have sent it back.

Thank you for your honest feedback, and I am truly sorry to hear about the issues you experienced with the panels and the cabinet door hinge slot.

You are absolutely right – the hinge slot should have been cut to the correct depth at our factory, and you should not have had to fix it yourself. We also apologise for the marks and damage on the panels. This is not the quality we strive to deliver.

We completely understand why this has been a frustrating experience, and we appreciate that you took the time to make the repair rather than returning the item – but you should never have been put in that position.

Please allow us to make this right. We would like to offer you a partial refund as a gesture of goodwill for the inconvenience caused. Could you please contact us directly with your order number? We will prioritise resolving this for you.

The vanity table is of great quality

The vanity table is of great quality, the delivery came even earlier than I expected but what stands out is the quality of this furniture. My daughter absolutely loves it! Thank you very much.

Great service when parts missing

Ordered a Hollywood dresser for our daughter. Arrived with no drawer runners which makes it unusable.
Contacted them and they sent out a whole new unit so I didn’t have to mess about with parts. This was within two working days. Excellent customer service!
