The chairs are amazing.The dispatch…

The chairs are amazing.The dispatch took longer than expected because after I placed the order I found out that they were out of stock but the customer service was so helpful they offered to wait for the dispatch or change the color of the chairs for the ones they had in stock,but I preferred to wait for the color I ordered.They gave a date when they will be dispatched and I received them so quick.I am giving 4stars because when I ordered they were in stock but later to find out that they don’t have them.

Dressing table

Really poor quality furniture. Arrived with parts missing, parts damaged, parts scuffed and marked. I would not recommend this company at all. You are lead to believe it is a UK based company and it isn’t at all. After many emails back and forwards missing parts were sent out and I was eventually refunded £30 which I still believe is poor considering the dressing table was £130. Avoid at all costs.

Item not dispatched

Ordered a dressing table that they said would dispatch the next day . 3 days latter no dispatch and company won’t reply to emails .

delivery was ok. however the actual product has marks on the glass and when lit it’s shows through.

Easy and straightforward from start to finish kept well informed and was delivered as promised
my only gripe is the little metal circular fixings were not that strong but the rest was of good quality

Good value for money

Good value for money.
I was initally a little skeptical of what the swivel dining chairs would be like, due to the price.
1 or 2 were a ittle fiddly to put together, but got there in the end and they're a great set of chairs. They also came with a set of spare parts to keep for future.
My issue was that I don't know where these had been stored prior to delivery, but 1 box had a small amount of pidgeon excrement on it but the 2nd box was completely covered in it on one side! They had been stored in my hallway for about a week before I built them and saw this, which is quite concerning considering the diseases they carry!!

Avoid at all costs!

This company is a scam. I ordered a dressing table for my daughters birthday which had quoted a 2-4 day lead time and it has no been over 2 weeks with the tracking the company had provided showing now updates or progress.

I have contacted the company numerous times now and am not getting a communications back. Avoid this company at all costs!

Avoid unless good at DIY fixes

My partner purchased Danyl Faux Leather Swivel Dining Chairs, the actual seat part is nice and good quality but the legs and swivel mechanism
Is absolutely awful. The manufacturing quality is the poorest I have ever seen. The screws and alignment of holes in the chair didn’t match, the screws just cross threaded repeatedly and wore down quickly. There are sharp metal edges and spikes on the legs and the welding is poor and inconsistent with some parts wonky compared to others. Each chair had a different issue making it impossible to put together without an additional DIY intervention, such as filing metal spikes to allow screw to fit into the hole. Customer service did send some New chairs but they all had the same random issues, it was a case of choose the best parts of a bad bunch and try with different chairs to see which fit best. Within a month of using the chairs, the bolts of all chairs had loosened so much that the chair seat fell off the legs. We have now tried Locktite. I don’t know how much longer they will last or how many DIY fixes these chairs will require before they break all together or someone falls off one. However, It is a shame because I really do like the chairs and find them
Comfy and stylish.
I would strongly suggest avoiding this company, unless you don’t mind parting with your money for a chair you just like the look of and are good with DIY fixes.

Ordered stools never delivered.

Ordered stools, paid, despite the 3-5 business days delivery, waited 2 weeks then had to chase where they were to be told it was the couriers fault but now they are out of stock. Now waiting for a refund.

Had reservations at the start and was right

Shocking company, impossible to contact and have not received my order!!

I haven’t received my order after taking the whole day off work to wait for it!
It is impossible to get in touch with this company. I tried their live web chat and left several comments, none of which were answered. I tried their phone number and get a message saying it is not a recognise Number! I have sent them numerous messages and they’ve not had any reply. I am beginning to think that I have been scammed.!!
