I don’t know how to send the photos

I don’t know how to send the photos to you here. This message doesn’t allow me to upload anything. How can I send them to you?

My order arrived with shattered glass, some damaged wooden boards, and a drawer that doesn’t align properly and is difficult to operate. I submitted a return request a few days ago but still haven’t received any reply. The return process is very slow.

Experience was not great

Experience was not great. I first received a destroyed item. The replacement item was also destroyed. I had to wait again for another replacement. A simple sales process lasted longer than was expected because of poor care in delivery. The customer service was great as they quickly replaced the products. But a review of how items are delivered will help avoid these situations. Now, I have two tables not fit for use I need to send for recycling. It could have been avoided.

Really really happy with the purchase

Really really happy with the purchase! Ordered on Sunday, arrived on Tuesday. The chair looks amazing, seems good quality and is very comfortable. Wish they had a bigger product range!

Bought a coffee table that is gorgeous

Bought a coffee table that is gorgeous. Unfortunately the price dropped by £50 after i bought it but that's no fault of theirs. Impossible to find equal quality at these price ranges elsewhere. Product came partially assembled too which is great.

I’ve ordered dining chairs from here and now a sideboard/wine cabinet. Quality great both times. Instructions for the flatpack wine cabinet are the best I’ve ever used

Speedy delivery. Great quality, easy to put together . Messaged the company asking about cleaning them. They replied straight away with lots of guidance. Great service and stools.

Great customer service

Ordered 6 dining chairs. Two were damaged during transit. Contacted and new chairs sent out within days. Would definitely order from them again.

Why is it so hard to communicate with…

Why is it so hard to communicate with this company!!?? Contact number doesn't even exist.
Only part of the dressing table has turned up. Customer service is an absolute joke.!
Quick to take your money but slow in sending the goods. Almost like this company is a scam.

I have ordered a buls and paid extra money for it it’s been ages I have not received it even sent an email and we reassured it will be send out still nothing
