Waste of time and received nothing

We placed an order for six chairs from Clipop on 28 February, with a promised delivery time of 2–5 days.

On 2 March, the delivery company informed us that the shipment had been cancelled by the seller. When we contacted Clipop, they assured us there was no issue and that the order would still be delivered.

By 8 March, we had still not received anything, so we reached out again. This time, Clipop informed us that the order had been lost in transit and offered either a refund or a reshipment.

We chose reshipment and asked for a confirmed delivery date. Four days later, Clipop informed us that the items were actually out of stock, and again offered a refund or an alternative product. At that point, we cancelled the order and requested a refund.

Overall, this experience was very frustrating and resulted in a significant waste of time due to poor communication and inconsistent information.

serious health and safety issues

serious health and safety issues, here with the dexter velvet bar stools, had less than 6 months and the welding on the stool bases has gone, the tiny Chinese spot welds for cheapness has resulted in an unusable product, I ask for this matter to be given high priority, as both swivel stools are now completely useless and very dangerous, as they are no longer stable , tried ringing there customer services, you guessed phone number completely inoperative

We completely understand your point of view. You were expecting only the missing panel, but instead received a full replacement package. Unfortunately, due to the way our inventory and shipping system is set up, we are unable to send individual parts like the panel on their own — the system only allows us to ship a complete unit. Our intention was to ensure you received the missing part as quickly as possible, and we chose the only option available to us at the time.

We deeply regret that this has led to a negative experience and a 1-star review. That is never the outcome we want for our customers. Our profits are very slim, and we cannot arrange for a replacement while also offering you a partial refund as compensation. We look forward to your understanding.

Great company and fantastic product

Great company to order from. Email confirmation of order arrived very quickly with tracking code. Was apprehensive with my order as I live in Northern Ireland and thought the delivery process would have taken a few weeks - I'd no need to worry as chairs arrived 5 days later. Chairs are fantastic quality and very easy to assemble. Very comfy and a great addition to my new kitchen. Would definitely recommend this Company to order from.

Dining Chairs

Great price

Great price, quick delivery and look exactly like the photos. The delivery driver (Yodel) left 4 large boxes at our front door even though nobody was in which wasn't ideal but not Clipop's fault.

Vanity unit arrived smashed, mirror broken. I have tried to contact Clipop via telephone, email nad chat function and have had NO response. Not happy!

Absolutely avoid

Absolutely avoid. Spent almost £400 on 6 chairs, 1 arrived with a scratched leg & with a rip in the material. Contacted them immediately for a return/replacement. To be told they come in a set of 2 so I had to pay an additional £50?! ‘To ensure I receive a matching set of undamaged chairs’

After some back and fourth with threats of legislation, I got a new chair sent out which I am grateful for but nobody should have to do this or be offered a settle by paying an additional charge. The item was faulty upon delivery.

I bought 2 dining chairs

I bought 2 dining chairs, they look good, but the measures on the website were wrong, so was a lot bigger, I tried to chat with the company about it, and they just said sorry buy if you don't want them, have to send it back, so I have to pay for the return and its not cheap because the parcel mas large, very bad costumer service, poorly response and wrong information at the website, very stressful and disapointed.
