Excellent delivery and great service

When you get a faulty item there is no customer service it takes 4 days to get a reply on email how can you have a conversation like that very very poor..
I tried to support an old UK company and this is the mess im left in.. having to return a faulty salt mill wait for a credit.. nobody to talk to.. im going back to Amazon and the Chineese brands sadly

I love Cole and Mason products and I placed two orders each over £100 on 20th November 2025 through their site.
The following day I received an email from Cole and Mason telling me that their BF sale had started on that day 21st November 2025.
I was upset to think I could have saved over £42.00 on my orders has I waited several hours.
Most sites email their offers days in advance.
I emailed them immediately to see if they could apply the discount. The frustrating thing is I am still without a response tom my email.

Excellent! Fast delivery and arrived very well packed. I bought a Windermere Pepper Mill, which came filled with nice fresh black peppercorns.
Very happy with my purchase!

Bought the Cole & Mason Richmond Electronic Salt & Pepper Mill. They work fine, not perfect, but get the job done. Solid purchase from a reliable store.

Brilliant customer service, had faulty pepper mill, I asked if they could supply a replacement part & was willing to pay for the part as I had no real idea of the age of the pepper mill & they sent me a complete new mill free of charge, fantastic service, much appreciated.

Already have their Derwent Salt & Pepper mills in s/steel which are great and wanted a small salt shaker.

Beautiful quality salt and pepper grinders, better than the photos. Quick delivery, robust packaging, would recommend.

Ordering was simple to do
Delivery was quicker than expected so that was good
The funnel to fill the mills was missing from initial delivery but a quick email rectified this was was sent separately a couple of days later
Yet to use but they look and feel great

I claimed against the lifetime guarantee for a Cole & Mason product. My claim was handled effectively and reasonable additional supporting information was requested. When the spare parts could not be sourced, I was offered a new product as an alternative. Nice to deal with a company that does what it says it will do. Thank you.
